[Z CAM E2] This mount does what it's suppose to. I don't use any electronically controlled MFT lens on it so I don't know how well that function works. I does a great job for adding a speed booster to my camera and there are also mod instructions online to make this mount work with the full frame E2 F6 if you are hoping to take advantage of some vintage glass on that camera body. Nice work on this one Z-Cam.

[0.525 lb] The active lock MFT mount works great! Using it with the DZOFilms 20-70 lens and it’s perfectly snug and gives me much more confidence than the loose feeling native MFT mount. Highly recommend.

[Z CAM E2] This M43 active lock mount was much needed for my z cam e2 m4 as the original m43 mount on my e2 m4 had way too much wiggle between the camera and lens mount. Now with the m43 active lock my m43 mount lenses are mounted nice and firm to the mount and camera. It's easy to install with only 4 screws and the lock on the mount works great. Overall I am very happy with the product and my purchase. Recommend.

[0.525 lb] I have both the regular & active lock mft interchangeable mount for my ZCam S6. This one is so much better. Lenses that had slight moment & sway when mounted on regular one are now locked in tight & proper with the active lock version. If you want to play with mft lenses on your E2-S6 this is the mount to get.

[Z CAM E2] Having been a GH5 and original BMPCC user, I seemed to have amassed a sizeable MFT collection. Some of them are my favorite lenses to shoot with. When I heard that the S6 had interchangeable mounts, allowing me to shoot with my MFT lenses, it was a

'no brainer!' There are also amazing MFT mount anamorphic lenses that you can use with this adapter, paired with the S6.

[Z CAM E2] One of the frequent issues with MFT mounts is that they aren’t the tightest, most secure mounts. This often leaves lenses and lens adapters with some wiggle, making focus pulls a bit challenging.

If you’re shooting with the Z Cam E2-M4, and using MFT lenses, this is a lifesaver. Adding the locking functionality usually found only on higher-end PL mounts provides secure lens mounting and no wiggle.

I have two E2-M4 bodies. With those, I have two MetaBones Ultra 0.71x speed boosters for use with my EF-mount primes. I also have a set of the DZOFilm Linglung cinema zooms. While the speed boosters seemed to mount fairly tightly, the DZOFilm zooms had a little play. I picked up two of the active lock MTF mounts and never looked back.

[Z CAM E2] I own the S6 6k model camera which came with the EF mount. Most of my lenses are vintage and have to use adapters to work on the camera. While this works fine for my medium format lenses, my FD mount lenses required an adapter with an optical corrector in it that softens them too much. But by using this interchangeable lens mount, it allows me to use a better adapter that doesn't require the optical corrector!

As for the quality of this MFT mount, it is great. The night itself is tight so my lenses feel nice and secure. I love that it's so easy to swap out the mounts as just taking out 4 screws. This mount comes well packaged and includes a rubber protective cap for the back of the mount that can then be placed on the mount removed from the camera when swapped. It also includes a tool and extra screws incase you need them.

I look forward to getting the PL mount for my camera as well based on the quality of the MFT and EF mounts that I currently have.

[Z CAM E2] Not sure why this doesn't come stock on the M4 as the stock mount is loose fitting and should be put out to pasture. Had to spend an extra hundo to lock my lenses down firmly. If you're looking at an M4, plan on this piece as well.
