[11.25 lb] As a gigging musician I need more than instruments and mics. I need various tools for on-site repairs and assembling stage props. I purchased this drawer to install into my utility rack for that purpose. It is deep enough to hold the electric/battery operated hand tools the band needs for our shows. Therefore it serves the purpose well. 5

[2 RU] The drawer smoothly opens and closes, and is large enough to fit just about any gear you might need close at hand. The latch was well-designed, only needs to be pushed down and the drawer unlatches. 5

[Steel] The drawer works great and unlike some of the other brands, whether the drawer is locked or not you can still remove the key! I know some brands don't allow you to remove the key when it is unlocked. Not on this bad boy, it was built right! 5

[Steel] When purchasing sound rack, came across this pull out drawer as an accessory, perfect storage keeping the sound booth cleaner As some have stated before, key cannot be removed when unlocked - not really a problem for us Very pleased with purchase 5
