[0.04 lb] I've gone through dozens of mounting options over the years, and if you have something with a side screw mount like the godox/flashpoint AD200 or a photix flash this is a must. One came without the tightening screw for the umbrella shaft but Westcott quickly sent the missing part with no hassles. Good customer service. Adjusts in multiple directions to accommodate different flash heads. I use it with Flashpoint eVOLV 200. 5
