[3300K] The bulb was needed to replace one that had gone bad. No one had it here in Hernando, MS. Service was excllant. Service rep. told me that the original bulb was on back order, and told me about an alternative one. Thank You, WH 5

[75 Hours] Thank you for your prompt service. I received my bulbs within 4 days. My only problem is that one bulb was broken and the package was not damaged. Must have slipped through quality control. I did not call about it because of the low price and the hassles of sending back the old to get a new bulb (this is how most companies work. I still give you five(5) stars and will use B&H again. 5

[360 W] We had given up on finding bulbs for our old overhead projector when I came upon this website...I called the number for service and yes they would take the P.O. and send a bill and yes had the bulbs we needed...could do email to avoid fax issues we were having! Short story...GREAT SERVICE AND SUPER GREAT DELIVERY TIME and follow up when delivery was missed due to snow closing! Overhead projector is up and going again and boss is happy! Thank you! 5
