A: The bottom of the adapter has a screw hold for you to mount the adapter to a typical camera tripod, I must mentioned that this adapter only works for Celestron binoculars, because, at the front of the binocular, there is a cover that covering up a screw hold, that is where that screw you see in the picture of the adapter gets to screw in. You can see it in my attached photo.

Q: 8. Does this can be used for Swarovski SLC 10x56? The Swaro's adapter is too expensive.

A: Unfortunately it cannot. The Swarovski SLC have been discontinued. We do have the correct tripod adapter for them. You will find it on our website this is the part number B&H # SWTASSLC.

Q: 9. Which Arca fitting do I need to attach the Leica Binocular Adapter to the tripod?

A: The Leica Binocular Tripod Adapter has a standard 1/4-20 female so it can be used with any QR plate that has a standard 1/4-20 stud. Most Arca compatible plates use a 1/4-20 stud.

Q: 10. Does the Konus Konuspy have an SD slot or is the SD card built in? Would like to use an SD with more gigs.

A: It comes with a 8GB removable card. It can take up to a 32GB card.

[Proprietary] This adapter is a bit on the expensive side but if would want to keep you binoculars steady, mounting it on a tripod is the way to go. My Vortex binoculars are held steady with no movement and the adapter doesn't interfere with and of the controls. For kicks I tried it with my Fujinon Stabilized binoculars but they're too big for this adapter. Fortunately I don't need it for them. 5

[Aluminum] I have purchased the Leica Bono tripod adapter for my Swarovski’s. It works perfectly. As you adjust the two optics yo match your eyes this adapter will hold it exactly to that adjustment. I have an old set of Bushnell’s with extra large body and the adjustable strap accepted these just as perfect with no movement when in use. I give this product a 10 rating. It is a little expensive but worth every penny. 5

[Aluminum] This adapter is 4-5 times more expensive than a generic one. But this is a better fit for 1) Leica Duravid and 2) Leica Ultravid binoculars. There one cons. The strap is sitting loose at the attachment axis and can be easily lost, so find a suitable case. Once the adpater is in use and the strap is stretched over binoculars, it is secure. Recommended with reservations. 5
