[Aluminum Alloy] Nice grip, good ergonomics, focus ring travel is just the right amount. Putting on the rosette mount is a bit of a pain and requires the included angled Allan key, so don't loose that one. 5

[0.175 lb] It's a solid grip but make sure it's the right one for you. There are several different ones to choose. This is primarily just a grip for the cage. 5

[3 x 1.9 x 1.9"] I've had this strap on the same camera for a few years now and it definitely feels more comfortable and supportive in hand with the strap. I can't see myself not having it on there. Also, the quality is quite good as it has softened over the years and doesn't seem to be falling apart. To be fair, it does takes some patience to install onto a cage but is worth it but what does one expect? And for the record, I have normal hands, not petite nor Hulk like hands – not that there's anything wrong with that! 5
