A: Yes the Vivitar 82mm Close Up Macro Lens Kit has 82mm front threads.

Q: 3. In 82mm, how thick are the metal rings please? Thanks.

A: The rings are approximately 4mm thick.

Q: 7. Is this compatible with a Yashica Mat G?

Q: 8. What lens could I use these macro lens kit filter with? I have a Nikon 50mm 1.8, 85mm 1.8, and a Tampon 35mm 1.4 lens. Would this macro lens kit fit any of these lenses above?

A: All three of the mentioned lenses have a different filter size, so this Vivitar 49mm Close up Macro Lens Kit would not fit directly on them. What you can do is purchase the Vivitar 72mm Close Up Macro Lens Kit, BH # VICUFK72 for the Tamron 35mm f/1.4 and purchase a Sensei 58-72mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring, BH # SESUR5872 for the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 as well as a Sensei 67-72mm Aluminum Step-Up Ring, BH # SESUR6772 for the Nikon 85mm f/1.8 lens in order to use the same close up filters on all the lenses. https://bhpho.to/3yfSzed https://bhpho.to/3OKlo9M https://bhpho.to/3OKB0tL

Q: 9. Will these closeup lenses work on a Tokina 11-16 lens w/o interference to lens and w/o fringes on outer edges?

A: If you are on 11mm, 1 filter may be ok but more than 1 will most likely give you vignetting. At 16mm, 1-3 filters should be ok.

Q: 10. How does the included 'macro lens' vary from the close-up lenses? Are the lenses single or dual element?

A: The Nisha 82mm Close-Up Lens Set (+1, +2, +4, Macro) are single element lenses. The macro is a +10 close up and the front is convex so it can only be used as the front most filter if stacked with other filters.

[Close-Up] I'm a beginner photographer but I really like trying to capture small things and the stock lens on my Sealife Micro HD+ wouldn't go close enough. This lens sort of pops on top of the existing one and is easy to put on underwater, even with 7mm gloves on. Initially I planned on not messing with it underwater, but I had to as an air bubble ended up trapped between the regular lens and this one.

I was happy with the lens, and was able to get some pictures I was happy with after one dive, two of which are shown here.

[0.35 lb] At first I ordered the wrong size somehow but I now have the correct size and I love this. It is a cheaper way to get the effect of a macro lens!

[0.35 lb] I was referred to this kit by an award- winning cinematographer. It's inexpensive and effective. I especially love the close up clarity when I have the macro 10x lens on.

[Close-Up] Len set works like a charm. Only down-side is they aren't anti-glare reflective coated on either sides. They are made in India. Construction is very good. Picture taken is with a kit 'Sigma' 18mm-50mm lens from my old SD14 Sigma. The lens was at 50mm f.l. The macro lens plus the +4 lens were piggybacked together for this high magnification shot of my watch face. Camera was hand-held.
