[Close-Up] Perfect for what I need them for. Must to have if you shoot anamorphic.

[Aluminum] This macro attachment rocks! It's a large, optically perfect item giving excellent results. I might use a 72 to 77mm step-up ring.

My original intent for the Nisha was to add macro capability to my Rokinon/Samyang 85mm lenses. Used with a zoom, I did find that it shadowed my Sony 'G' lens at the widest focal length of 24mm. My sample image of an Orca carving was taken with the Sony lens.

[Glass] Hi -
Received, thank you.
The macro lens was in perfect order with clear glass.

I haven't had time to test items in my last order.

Looks good though.

Good to deal with B&H, and I like the free shipping to Canada, for totals $US 99.

[0.66 lb] The Vivitar 77mm Close Up Macro Lens Kit is a fantastic, budget-friendly option for anyone looking to explore macro photography. The kit includes four diopters (+1, +2, +4, +10), offering impressive image sharpness and detail when capturing small subjects like flowers and insects. It’s easy to use, with solid build quality and coated lenses that reduce glare. For its price, it’s a great alternative to expensive macro lenses, delivering excellent results for both beginners and seasoned photographers. Highly recommended!

[Close-Up] Len set works like a charm. Only down-side is they aren't anti-glare reflective coated on either sides. They are made in India. Construction is very good. Picture taken is with a kit 'Sigma' 18mm-50mm lens from my old SD14 Sigma. The lens was at 50mm f.l. The macro lens plus the +4 lens were piggybacked together for this high magnification shot of my watch face. Camera was hand-held.

[Close-Up] Very affordable macro filters. Make any lens a macro lens or give your anamorphic lenses a closer minimum focus. There is distortion around the edges, especially with the higher magnification but I think it looks pleasing and for the price you can't complain.

[0.66 lb] Perfect for close ups on bugs, frogs, flowers, mushrooms, etc. Its heavy but really cheap and hand if you dont have hundreds of usd to buy a macro.

[Aluminum] I do some charity work for the Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep foundation. This requires some very close work of babies' hands and feet. Buying a dedicated macro lens was one option, but this fills the bill much better. I use it on a Nikkor 17-55 or 24-70. Saves changing lenses during a session and is plenty sharp considering the use for which it is intended. For this work it is a true bargain.
