Transfer selected files and settings from an old PC to a new one using this software download of Laplink PCmover Express 11. Your data can be transferred across a wireless network, USB cable, or Ethernet cable. If your computer has multiple users, you'll have the option to transfer some or all of the users. Security info about file ownership and access control is preserved for each user. This software is compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, and XP. A network connection is required for product download and registration. Also required is an Intel or compatible Pentium or higher processor, 200MB of disk space for installation, and the required amount of RAM is the same as required by your operating system.

Please note that PCmover Express does not move applications, and files with DRM protection may need to be deactivated on your old system and reactivated on your new one. Also, this software is not designed to handle migrations for new operating systems to older ones.

A: Not all apps will be compatible. Any apps that are not compatible would have to be moved manually.

Q: 8. The camera itself got a little hot. Will the pics still be okay?

A: That should be ok, if the camera is hot for a long period of time, that will affect the film.

[Download] easy peasy, downloaded app. installed on both computers and it worked easily. Even had a power down and power back up issue (it was a long transfer over Wi-Fi) and it didn't hiccup at all. 5

[1 User] Transferring data from an old to a new computer is a bumber. There are so many programs that need to move, so much data. Before the move I went through the old computer and tried to delete old, unused, or redundant data and programs, a daunting task for sure but an opportunity to rid the drive of the unused and out of date information. That done there remains gigabytes of data that needs be moved. The usual method might be transferring what data is needed to an intermediary drive and then downloading and reinstalling the programs that use the information. This program automates most of that chore. I was able to do this without attaching a common cable to the two computers and was able to do the transfer over the home network to which both new and old computers were connected. The program alerted me to a lack of sufficient space on the new C drive so I moved some picture files to a separate drive. All in all this made a usually painful process into one that was just arduous and although I was uncertain about the results when beginning when done I was pleased with what had been transferred. Even the sign in and authentication codes for some programs moved eliminating the need for re installation. I would recommend this program. 5

[1 User] I was helping a friend to get his new laptop up and going and decided to use LapLink's PC Mover to do so. I had used this software once before a few years back and basically forgotten everything about it. Purchased the download version through B&H Photo which went really well, a simple process. Registered the program installed it and followed the instructions, I chose to use the wireless transfer option which PC Mover walk me through the steps, 1hour 45minutes later we were done. This is a fantastic product, in fact I am purchasing another to set up my new computer today. 5
