[0.14 lb] I use these with Etymotic HF5 and ER4. After using the Red and Orange foams for a long while I decided to try the Black foams for a less tight fit and they are perfect. I suggest getting a sample pack and try each size for a few weeks for best fit especially for using long term... I sometimes have my earphones in for hours at a time. 5
