[8 A (Peak)] I use this for shooting video with my DSLR's, which is typically a huge battery drain. Combine that with the fact that Nikon batteries can take many hours to charge and you have a stressful component to all video shoots. This component solves that. Seats nicely between tripod and camera, has an easy to read display that shows how many hours of battery are left, and (best of all) this batter charges *fast.* What a great purchase.

[8 A (Peak)] Powers the camera and external monitor for 5 to 6 hours straight. It's a nice alternative to charging and hauling a bag of the original batteries.

[5 V, 2 A] This is a key part of my compact rig with the Sony Fx3. I can run the camera for 8 hrs straight. The base attachment gives my rig nice weight for handheld shots. The LCD display is very useful to track the battery life. Takes an hour or so to charge with the included charger. The USB and multiple p-tap outputs allow me to connect my Atomos monitor as well if I feel like eliminating one more battery from my rig (the Atomos battery). AB makes incredible batteries and I just bought a second one for my audio recorder.

[8 A (Peak)] Shot an entire wedding without changing a battery - with plenty of power to spare. I was always checking the amount of battery remaining and would put in a fresh battery prior to major events - ceremony - reception entrance - toasts and speeches. Since I added this to my gear list, it is used the entire evening. At the end of the evening, there is usually no less than 60% remaining. I now have high confidence that I will not run out of battery during the time of need. I use manfrotto quick release plates on top and bottom of the titan base, which is what i use for all of my camera gear.

[14.4 VDC] I was filming a series of talking heads with my FX3. We were on a roll and almost exhausted my last Sony battery. I used the Anton/Bauer on my last shoot, ran the entire time with hours to spare, and I didn't worry once. Peace of mind! I also travel to India yearly and this will pack nicely into my coat pocket. Not much clean electricity in the village, so no more charging worries like last year. Worth the investment.

[5 V, 2 A] Got this as a compact battery solution for my FX3 since I wanted to have the option to easily mount it on my gimbal as well. Recently did a multi-cam shoot running all cameras for about 3 hours and was shocked to realize that it still had more than half of the battery life left!

[14.4 VDC] This battery is perfect for the Sony FX3. I use it to power my monitor with a dummy battery and the Sony FX3 itself with trickle charge through the USB port. But the best part is that it puts the weight where I want it- on the bottom of the camera instead of up on the monitor, making it easier to shoot a stable image while using a top handle. Plus, it gives me hours of worry-free recording time.

[1.4 lb] This is a perfect solution for people that don’t want to rig out their camera with a cage and V-mount system, for more spontaneous shooting or day-trips. It’s much lighter weight and I can still shoot for about 6 hours.

[1.4 lb] I have been looking into the usual V-mount batteries setup until my friend showed me this... 100% worth it for run and gun setups, though it is on the expensive side, so far I believe it's worth the money especially when you factor a big fat battery and other items like cage etc. It adds up to be about the same or even more. At the end of the day, all you need is this battery and your camera will run for hours.


Cons:
There's not much to talk about other than I guess the mount is made out of plastic which is sketchy but it seems like a tough plastic. It's been supporting my setup no problem so we'll see in the long run!
