The black AVMATRIX PTZ2870 Full HD PTZ Camera 10x Optical Zoomfrom AVMATRIX PTZ2870 Full HD PTZ Camera 10x Optical Zoomoffers precision control and multiple output ports offering up to 1080p60 video. Designed for broadcast, security, and teleconferencing needs, the PTZ2870 also supports VISCA, PELCO-D, and PELCO-P control protocols. The integrated f/1.6-3.0 lens offers 10x optical and 10x digital zoom functions. This camera supports up to 1080p60 video output via its HDMI and USB3.0 outputs, up to 1080p30 via its USB 2.0 port, and has a LAN port for streaming via RTMP, RTSP, or ONVIF.

Quick pan and tilt speeds and picture controls like brightness, color, saturation, contrast, sharpness, and gamma provide precision control of your images. The PTZ2870 camera supports up to 255 presets with up to 10 selectable using the included IR remote control. A 1/4"-20 thread on the camera bottom can be used for mounting. The PTZ2870 comes with a 12V adapter, an RS232 control cable, and a USB 3.0 cable.

[10x] My company needed a new camera for our conference room. I had recently ordered an Alfatron Salut for my office (from B&H as well) and I really like it, so I researched the Alfatron PTZ camera options and settled on this 10x USB camera. As always, shipping from B&H is quick. We set the camera up in the conference room using the wall mount that was INCLUDED in the box! It came with all the necessary cabling for various situations to include the RS-232 cable, a power cord, and a USB y cable. That said, we were connecting directly to the computer, so all we needed was the included USB cable which powers the camera. You do need to plug both USB jacks on the y side into the computer for the camera to properly work. Once we figured that out, the rest was easy. The included remote control for the camera is easy to use as well. You can get to the menu of the camera if you need to make critical changes and you can save multiple presets using the remote which is nice in a conference room situation. The 10x zoom gets some really good close-up shots and the panning feature gives you almost 360 degrees of coverage. Overall, another great product from Alfatron and another happy shopping experience with B&H. This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product. 5

[10x] We decided to take a chance on these and have found they work flawlessly in a modern IP driven studio. These run perfectly on POE (just one cable for everything) and VMix picks them up instantly. Quality of the image is excellent, low light is good, zoom is very good, autofocus is good (great when you've got your lighting right). We're looking at how to use NDI Bridge to put these in venues around town to bring live shows to the station. Still working out the kinks on that, but, if it works, we'll be order half a dozen or more of these things to spread all over the city. 5
