Power your pedalboard with the Gator Cases GTR-PWR-5. With five 9 VDC isolated power outputs, the PSU can deliver power to up to five pedals.

The GTR-PWR-5 is fashioned out of an all-metal enclosure with slotted vents for natural heat dissapation. Its integrated slots let you mount the unit directly to pedalboards. An indicator LED lets you know whether the PSU is on or off.

The power supply weighs only 1.6 lb, making it quite lightweight. The power supply measures 4.9 x 4.3 x 1.6", making it relatively compact. Both of these attributes make it ideal for smaller-sized pedalboards and setups. Included with the GR-PWR-5 are a power cable, five DC power cables, and a polarity inverter cable.

[2.845 lb] I had been using a USB audio interface to feed my M-Audio monitor speakers from my Mac. I rarely used the jnput functionality (XLR inputs for mics, etc.). It then stopped working - would not stay connected. After trying everything I could think of (cables, usb ports on my computer, ...) I figured I needed a new device and looked for an output only device. I found this one. It's rock solid and delivers great sound. It does this one thing and does it well. Plus, I like that it draws power from the USB cable, so no extra power cable is required. I've not tried it with headphones, but for some, it may be a problem that there's no separate volume control for the headphone output. 5

[On/Off LED] I've used this for a long time and its hooked up to my xk-3 now. I seldom use any of the program features. The hammond recognizes it with no problem. 17 pedals is enough to do decent bass parts. I don't think I'd be happy with 13. No issues with this product ever. 5

[On/Off LED] Admittedly, I don't use this for an effects pedal. I bought it to fit my Akai Miniak keyboard and it fits like a glove in this case (the Gator synth case was too small), and the price is reasonable. The case has high-quality canvas-nylon material and heavy-duty zippers, guaranteed to keep your equipment safe. There is also front pocket that will store cables and other accessories. 5

[1.6 lb / 0.7 kg] I connect this to a Moog Minitaur for adding low end to church praise music, and it works flawlessly for that. Super simple and, for me, was plug and play. Good feel under the feet. This is my first set of bass pedals, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. 5

[On/Off LED] Beyond the less than high tech act of plugging it in. It does what it said it would do. As noted in other ratings the extra length of the cord is a real convenience. I have a caution that I use for myself, 12 volts x 10 amps = 120 watts. The sum of all device wattages plugged in should be less than 120 watts. This is not a criticism of the power supply. It's simply a safety check . 5
