[Aluminum] Finally there is a quick and easy solution to the shoulder cushioning problem for the video cameras that require rail support. It peals off partially so that it can be left on the rails while the camera is on a tripod. When it is time to put it on the shoulder, you just take it off the tripod and velcro the pad quickly under the rails. The best part...It is black ...not that awful blue.

[1.695 lb] I'm mostly working with my wireless camera for any live event and had to keep my rig on for many hours with few breaks here and there. I personally have 2 differents SHAPE rig, which I really love; first, because it's built near where I live; secondly because they are really well built. For many years I use to believe that the shoulder pad that I have with my SHAPE rig, was probably the only kind/type of shoulder pad there's out there... honestly, in the end, it is pretty much the same as ZACUTO (which is the US made competitor of SHAPE which is Canadian based) or any other shoulder pad I've tested in NAB over the years. Then, a few weeks ago, the pain in my shoulder and my back went so intense after many hours of operating my wireless camera; that I decided that's it, there must be something else out there. So I've started looking for something as soft as possible, while maintaining a good balance/leveling of the camera.... I even thought of building my own with any cushion I could find !!! And I finally find this super piece of rig !!! For me, it really worth the price, if I consider that taking care of my shoulder and my back worth much more than the price of that shoulder cushion rig from Porta Brace ! And of course, Porta Brace is well known in the industry for all kind of great gear !!! I just didn't know where to look and used to be satisfied with my older rig !

[9.4 x 7 x 4.1"] This is my mousepad. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My mousepad is my best friend, it is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my mousepad is useless. Without my mousepad, I am useless.

Jokes aside, I've had two of these acting as a deskpad for around four months. There's no fraying or slipping, and while it initially smelled bad in the way a new car smells bad, that went away after about two or three days.

For three dollars this is probably the best mousepad you can get and is perfectly fine. If you want better tracking then you need to shop at a higher price point.

[9.4 x 7 x 4.1"] I initially ordered from B&H but the item was backordered so I bought from Proaim. I am using it with rigged Bmpcc 4k and GH6. Wheels are smooth and does not make any noise! Ideally, rails between 32-34mm outer diameter works best but I am using 1-1/8” diameter rail (about 28mm). I shimmed it with some felt and now it works fine. It also comes with a bag! Everything weighs just a little over twelve pounds (without rails). I can use it on the ground for low level shots. I am using it with two Kupo slider stands with junior to baby adapters! I love this dolly!
