I really like the gamut available. If you're concerned about OBA's, I believe the Hahnemuhle Photo Silk Baryta is OBA free.. Also, I believe the Epson Glossy paper is OBA free - if not gluten free.

A: Baryta paper is very similar to the Ilford Multigrade darkroom paper in both texture and thickness. Since I am a former darkroom printer, this is my favorite paper because of its resemblance to the Ilford Multigrade paper.

Q: 6. Would this be suitable for small posters (18X32)?

A: If you only need 18 inches wide, then I would get a 20 or 24 wide roll. Posters are usually printed on a semigloss/luster-type paper. The Canon Satin Photographic Paper (240GSM - 24 x100') B&H # CAPPS24100N would be a better option.

Q: 7. If one were to print images with white snow, will the snow look white, or off-white/ivory/creamy? If it's not white, do you have a recommendation?

A: With the higher quality papers, like the Kodak Professional line, the expiration dates are not that crucial. Acidity levels are lower so the paper does not turn yellow nearly as quickly. All our print media storage methods meet the most stringent industry standards.
