A: The Sonnet Solo10G SFP+ Thunderbolt 3 is currently compatible with MacOS Sonoma. However, there is currently no information on compatibility with the next gen Mac OS.

A: This is compatible with a FastFrame NS11 LC adapter using a LC to LC cable. The two receivers that we offer on our site are different speeds. 8Gb/s vs 16Gb/s.

Q: 3. Can VLANS be configured on this switch ?

A: You would need to setup the Ubiquiti Networks UniFi USW-24 24-Port Managed Gigabit Managed Switch with SFP BH #UBUSW24 with the UniFi Network Controller.

Q: 4. Are you selling the version with the updated rack mount ears that make the front of the unit flush with the rack rails?

A: A rack mount kit is included with the Cisco CBS250-24T-4G-NA switch.

A: This switch has no POE support.

Q: 6. Does this switch come with the rack mount ears?

A: Yes it comes with rack mounts.

A: Yes, the Ubiquiti Networks US-24 can be used for VoIP VLAN.

A: The TP-Link MC220L Gigabit SFP Media Converter BH #TPMC220L version we are offering are V4.6 or later.

A: The EnGenius EPD-4824 Gigabit 802.3at/af PoE Converter BH #ENEPD4824 does not include a power supply..

Q: 10. Trying to decide between 24ports 124W vs 195W to power 5 Aruba AP11 poe?

A: The Aruba AP11 has a maximum power consumption of 10.1W over PoE, so both units already have over 2x the needed power for 5x AP11s over PoE.

[Multi-Mode] I got this to augment my laptop's dock in my home office, which is now able to join other devices (desktop, NAS) attached to a small 10 gigabit subsection of my network. I no longer have to worry about transfer speeds when I do work on my laptop. If I'm working on a big project on the road, I no longer need to hesitate about the additional hurdle of saving my work to network storage at slow gigabit speeds when I get home. The price was a little bit hard to justify, but everything worked perfectly out of the box on the first try. Some additional details: this device also comes with a Sonnet brand fiber transceiver, which I have not tested. I am instead using a 10Gtek brand direct attach copper cable to connect to my switch. 5

[Half Duplex] This is currently the lowest price 12G SDI Video SFP. Used in BlackmagicDesign's Optical fiber 12G. Combined with ARIB or SMPTE camera cable, CAM and RET transmission equipment can be made. Excellent! 5

[Multi-Mode] Really, there's not much you can say other than I plugged each into an SFP port and they work absolutely perfectly. These are especially useful in a situation like mine where one end is a media converter and the other is a Ubiquiti router with an SFP port (EdgeRouter 4.) It works as you would expect with no discernible speed penalty compared to just a straight Gigabit Ethernet cable. I installed mine to provide galvanic isolation between my cable modem and my home network so I need not worry about lightning strikes on my coaxial cable. Highly recommended and you cannot beat the price. 5
