The 36" x 60' roll of Water-Resistant Removable Vinyl Inkjet Paper from Kodak is a calendered medium with a pressure-sensitive, removable, and repositionable adhesive. The vinyl features water-resistance, light stability, and is designed for both indoor and outdoor displays. Water Resistant Removable Vinyl has been tested to last 7 months unlaminated and 1 year laminated in an outdoor setting when printed with NovaJet 1000i Quantum pigment ink and 1 year laminated indoors when printed with Quantum dye ink.

Q: 1. How does the Kodak scrim compare to the Canon scrim?

Q: 2. Will this work with Epson 7890 and will the final result become Water-Resistant?

A: It would be water-resistant. Pigment ink is water-base, so a lot would depend on the amount of rain and humidity to determine the length of time the banner will last outdoors.

Q: 3. Would this work on an HP Designjet?

A: Yes it is compatible with the HP DesignJet-series printers.

Q: 4. Will this work with the canon ipf670?

A: Shouldn't be a problem. I have never used that particular Canon printer but a colleague has one and prints outdoor scrim banners regularly with no issues.

Q: 5. Is scrim banner vinyl fire resistant?

A: The Kodak Water-Resistant Scrim Banner does not mention any fire resistant properties.

Q: 6. Will this work with the Canon ImagePROGRAF 4100?

A: Yes. The Kodak Water-Resistant Removable Vinyl Inkjet Paper (36" x 60' Roll) is compatible with the Canon Pro4100 printer.

Q: 7. How many inches is the roll core? Going to be printing on a Epson 9900 printer and want to make sure it fits

A: I've used it on the 9800, It fits on the inner core of the roller, not sure if it's the same, but on the 9800 there are plastic spacers on the ends of the roller that you can take out and then it fits perfectly.

Q: 8. Will it work with TM300 canon

A: Yes, one can print on the Kodak Water-Resistant Scrim Banner (36" x 40' Roll) with the Canon imagePROGRAF TM-300 36" Large-Format Inkjet Printer.

Q: 9. Can this be used with large format inkjet printers?

A: Yes, only in the heavier duty ones that also take canvas & that uses pigment inks for print stability. Won't fit in the ones used only for blueprints or presentations i.e. T530, T5170, TA30 etc....

Q: 10. Is this compatible with HP Designjet T790?

A: This product has a basis weight of 450gsm. The T790 is made to fit up to 328gsm. Hope this helps!

[Polypropylene] I make top quality photographic prints and am adding vinyl signs to my offerings. I don't usually like Kodak digital products but their vinyl papers are very good. Handles heavy ink coverage well. Good gradations, and photographs look very good on this lightweight self-adhesive vinyl...but it took some trial and error to get correct color balance and contrast since Kodak doesn't offer profiles for my Epson P9000. 5

[15 lb] I LOVE THIS STUFF! It does NOT have the color range of photo paper, its VINYL, but it dries fast, dries pretty color-safe and is the most useful stuff I ever bought for my Canon printer. I reviewed this once just because I THOUGHT about it, and now I guess I am writing the 'invited' review after re-stocking my shelf with two more packs. Make your own bumper stickers, make stickers of yourself for friends' phone cases, leave your easily-removable and re-stickable mark wherever you go. Don't even bother paying shipping for ONE pack...buy two or three, you'll want em, trust me. 5

[Polypropylene] Im not sure why people say colors run when wet unless youre printing on the wrong side. This paper holds up extremely well and is definitely weather resistant. However, unless you laminate it, it WILL eventually fade but that takes quite a while. This is my go-to paper for any stickers I want to make. I also like the thickness of the paper, since most sticker paper is pretty flimsy. 5

[Polypropylene] So far I have been really impressed with the quality. I have printed pics from my phone which blew up to 2 ft by 32 inches or so. The clarity was great. I put a small print sample in a jar of water and left it outside a week ago. I go out every 2 or 3 days to shake it up and check if the ink is dissolving. So far no change at all. Water is clear 5

[15 lb] I've used this for printing stickers, vinyls, slaps etc. I would recommend buying some clear coats also. (2-3 coats will last years in any weather condition. unless it's raining lava...) When contour cutting, please set blade pressure higher. 5
