[Bluetooth] I originally bought this light, thinking I would use it for small tabletop setups and Zoom calls. But I was so impressed with it that I took it to one of my film shoots, where we used it for all of the close-up shots. The pixel fire effect was particularly useful for us, making my gaffer mildly jealous. It's a great light, and the battery power lasts a long time. In a week, I've only recharged it once. It's so bright that I typically have it on 10% power. Highly recommended, especially for the money, amazing light.

[1600 to 20,000K] After the price dropped, I just had to buy them. Oh, they're beautiful.

[1600 to 20,000K] I bought this light since it was the most cost-efficent long color LED wand around. The colors are great for accents and also work pretty well for a key light. Package comes with a mount that holds both of the wands at the same time. But I found that the easiest/fastest way for me to use them is to mount them directly into a threaded light stand by screwing them into the 1/4 inch spigot. One of these 1/4 female receivers did sheer off when I was mounting it, but I contacted GVM and they sent a replacement right away. They were fast and really helpful. The only criticism I have is with the bag: I wish it were a little bit thicker and had a shoulder strap. The bag isn't bad, but would be more convenient if I could sling it over a shoulder while carrying other gear. This light was a definite win. I'll probably buy a couple more, soon.

[5 VDC] Both temperature and intensity are easily controlled

[Passive] I was looking for a control light stick for a while now and that's my second light stick. I found this one to be stronger and I love the ease of selecting the exact hue and color that I want. And the big benefit is the video light effects for simulating difference scenarios. Sometimes I use it just to create atmospheric light at the house for gathering. That was a well used purchase. Little on the expensive side but very functional.

[Passive] Great little light. Light and compact but plenty bright, and very simple and easy to use. Nice to have as a super quick option to add a bit of light to a scene.

[5 VDC] Extremely versatile and unusually bright for its size. Only downside is does not come with charger (internal battery only lasts an hour) Buy a couple long usb c cables and usb chargers (or a usb battery pack) and plug em in!

[10 W ] This is a very nicely built and functional light all of them can be controlled using the app and can be joined together with the stand using a small stud.Light works great, easy to carry and manipulate through all functions. Ordering another to have more color options.

[5 VDC] only con is short battery life at high power; otherwise a great light source for close ups.

[Proprietary] After watching Kyle Nutt do
some light painting on social media, I picked this up to try some. I still
haven't done that. But I have used this as a key light in a few short videos
because I can just pull it out and go. It improved the quality of my work. It
has been duct taped to a rafter to use in a main light at a small music event.
It was used to add some colorful light to a dance party. So yeah, I've been
keeping it in my car when I travel with my camera thanks to the well-made
padded storage bag.



Build quality is solid.
I have not had the battery run out yet. I like the brightness I can get out of
it. Working closer with it, I keep it around 50% brightness. Even hanging from
a rafter on daylight, I had it at 80%. The light is soft no matter what temp or
hue. The options for dialing in light are great on both the light and the app.
Whatever you can do in the app, you can do using the buttons and knobs on the
light. I have 0 complaints about this light. It is worth every penny, and I
look forward of years of use. Maybe someday I will do some light painting.
