[4.6 x 4.5 x 2"] Bought this for Leofoto LN-364-C legs. Before this I tried a Haoge version, which went into the legs part way, but my video head (Sachtler Ace XL) sat too high to screw in the tie-down. This bowl fit perfect, sits where it should, and the Sachtler head fits as it should. Not much else to say as this is not a complicated product, but it works great for the Leofoto tripod legs. 5

[0.27 lb] This is a fantastic accessory for the LM-404CL tripod. Sometimes you just need a small height adjustment and fiddling with the legs can be a real hassle. This center column gives you all the flexibility you need to adjust height without compromising stability. It's solidly built and operates very smoothly. Handles an 80mm spotting scope or Nikon 200-500mm zoom lens quite well and is stable even without tightening the clamp. 5

[4.6 x 4.5 x 2"] I use this adapter on my manfrotto tripod so I can attach my zollinger mini jib. Fits nicely on the Manfrotto tripod. The jib is rock steady. I messaged, emailed and FB the Zollinger company several times asking for advice because the manfrotto tripod is a 100mm and the Zollinger requires a 75mm tripod. Never got a response from Zollinger. Impressive customer support. :( So I went for it and order the adapter 75mm to 100mm. The adapter fits Manfrotto perfectly. My mini jib works fantastic. I was about to sell jib because I didn't want to have to purchase another tripod just to use it. 5
