A: This set up should work for the Ronin S, but as you suggested, it may indeed be front heavy. To off set that, we would recommend the SmallRig Counterweight Mounting Plate for DJI Ronin-S Gimbal (SMBSS2308) with counter weights (SMAAW2284).

Q: 3. Do you know of any 3rd party handles to fit the Ronin S gimbal similar to the Moza Air?

A: Currently there are no official accessories like the one you are describing, but many fantastic ones will be released shortly!

Q: 4. Will this work with a DSLR + battery grip?

A: Depending on the DSLR, yes. Stay tuned for more information on the larger version of the Ronin S (mirrorless version) to see if it will be able to hold heavier weights.

A: The Sony A7III and the Sony 24-105mm F4 lens are both on the compatibility list with the Ronin-S. You will be able to balance that combination of camera and lens. However this kit does not include any cables. You will need to purchase B&H # DJRONINP13CB which is the DJI Ronin-S Multi-Camera Control Cable (Sony Multi Port). Q: 6. How would I mount a monitor to this clamp?

A: You can use any monitor mount or articulating arm that has a 1/4 20" or 3/8 16". Screw that end on the clamp and the other end on the monitor.

Q: 7. Does it work with Nikon Z7?

A: Yes it does. You will be able to balance a camera like the Nikon Z7 on the Ronin-S. The Ronin-S also comes with the cable to connect the Z7 to it for Start/Stop Recording.
