This Teradek Prism 873 4K HEVC/AVC 12G-SDI Decoder Cardfrom Teradek Prism 873 4K HEVC/AVC 12G-SDI Decoder Cardis a rackmount chassis card designed for use in the 1 RU or 2 RU Prism Rackmount Base System. The decoder card features one 12G-SDI input that supports 10-bit 4:2:2 video up to 4K60, decodes RTMP/RTMPS, MPEG-TS, and SRT streams using MPEG-4, AVC, H.265, and HEVC high-resolution compression, and supports two channels of embedded audio with AAC-LC compression.

The card also features a built-in video scaler and deinterlacer to support a wide variety of resolutions, genlock signaling from the chassis, and it features 3.5mm audio line input and output jacks. The video is received for decoding from optional Prism, Cube, Slice, Core, and T-Rax encoder cards in the Prism Rackmount Base System.

A: There is slight compression during transmission with the 4K capable Teradek Bolt 6 XT 1500 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless Transmitter/Receiver Kit, but all information is delivered through the receiver to provide a visually lossless image.

A: The Bolt 6 XT supports transmitting video and audio in 10-Bit 4:2:2 with no Delay. It sends a very high quality broadcast level signal. It also has HDR support.

A: Yes, When using the Teradek Bolt 6 XT 750 you can transmit to up to six Bolt 4K or Bolt 6 series receivers. It is only one Transmitter (input) to up to six Receivers (Output).

A: Yes, this product will accept a Quad 3G-SDI signal. A Quad 3G-SDI Signal and a 12G-SDI signal ends up in the end as the same signal, it is just a matter of what the gear you are using this in conjunction with offers.

[Analog] We've been using this to provide a direct feed to monitor from our RED Komodo when mounted to our vehicle rig and so far it's working exactly as it should. Have yet to try in Canadian cold winters but time will tell how it holds up in minus temperatures. Another positive is the flexibility of the cable itself in that it's not too rigid interfering with the gimbal motors. 5
