[Afinia H-Series] No more wasted time & filament. I ordered the Lulzbot filament Runout sensor and installed it on the Lulzbot Taz 6. The install was fairly simple. I have the filament mounted on the top not the side, so I had to print a new adapter to attach it to the top of the frame. I wired it up, fired it up and it worked great. No more wasted filament or stressing if I was going to run out before the print is done! 5

[2.955 lb] There's still a bit of a learning curve, but the software and hardware for this is way better than the competitive offerings in this price range. This can be fiddly to say the least when trying to scan small objects, but I still found it easier than the Mole 3D scanner even for small things. For medium to large objects, this has been a joy to use. Some drawbacks: needs a connection to a power supply and constant connection to a fairly powerful PC with Nvidia GPU. Recommend 32GB or more of RAM. 5
