You can find the AKG MicroDot adapters listed on the item page for the mic -- click on the tab for "Accessories" above the product description, then click on the tab for "Adapters." [Solid-State] I watched a lot of online reviews of The 50 before making my purchase. I wondered if this mic could really sound as great as they say. So I took the chance and bought it from my most trusted source, B&H! No regrets! This mic sounds fantastic and is easy to position with its polar pattern and sensitivity.

[End Address] We use this mic for television commercial production voice overs. Its solid with terrific response and great sound! I'm not a huge fan of the blade mount but for the price and quality; I'd take it anyday over more expensive alternatives.

[Solid-State] I use this mic to record acoustic guitar because of the way it picks up percussive elements of picking. So its uses go beyond just miking drums.
