A: yes, but they come right up to the very top of the sleeve, can hang out if not pushed all the way down.

Q: 2. what is the difference between profolio original and profolio advantage series. Are the sleeves in one clearer?

A: The advantage series has a better sheet for holding the pictures. It is clear, a bit heavier and less likely to tear than the original sheets. Further, in my view, the original sheets dull the pictures slightly. It is somewhat like going from glossy to a matte finish.

Q: 3. How is this for storing fiber paper, darkroom prints ?

A: This will work very well for storing fiber paper. It is 100% acid-free and archival safe. You have to be sure to keep it in a controlled environment and not a damp or humid environment like a basement.

Q: 4. Will 16x24 prints fit? 16.5 x23.4 seems like such an odd size...

A: 16.5 x 23.4 or 594 x 420 mm is metric A2 sizing that the rest of the world uses outside of the USA and Canada. As far as prints fitting, I believe what you are thinking of are 16 x 20 prints. These of course will easily fit and be protected in the A2 sized sleeves of this book.

A: In my experience, Dennis, viewing works better if the folio is flat. I suggest a spiral binder for 90 degree viewing without a tip over challenge.Best,Catherine R.

A: I did not get the bigger one of 16x20. I bought the unit 14.5x 11

A: Hi Ellen, the only replaceable parts on my folder are the black inserts, you can't add the poly sleeves. I have multiple size books and have never had problem with photos that are stored sticking, for my purposes it's a great product.
