[Black] Always loved logitech, great sound and design

[Black] I bought the PTZ Pro 2 to replace a Jabra Panacast 50 combination audio/video bar. Because the Jabra's audio capabilities weren't robust enough for the rooms we were using them in, we had replaced the audio portion with Shure Stem Hub tabletop mic/speaker units, which are far superior to the Jabra and scalable. So we were using the Panacast only as a camera.

It worked well enough for that, but the Bluetooth remote kept disconnecting in the middle of meetings leaving us unable to control the camera.

What I like about the PTZ Pro 2 is that:

1) The remote is infrared so it doesn't randomly disconnect. It does require line-of-sight but that's not a big deal. At least it works very reliably.

2) The PTZ Pro 2 is plug-and-play so there's no opportunity for things to break due to Windows updates or driver updates. You just plug it in and it works.

3) The pan/tilt/zoom is quite smooth. The Jabra was very jerky due to the way it knits together the images from three cameras. Also the optical zoom of the PTZ Pro 2 is excellent.

4) The three presets are very handy and the way the camera smoothly transitions from one preset to another gives a very professional look.

[Black] Our university AV group was looking for a video conference solution for our classrooms and conference rooms that would not be a huge line item on the rooms AV budget. The Logitech Group system helped us fulfill the Skype, WebEx, Zoom users request for a more professional video conference experience without having to dive into the high end Cisco/Polycom hardware. For rooms where we installed the Logitech into the rooms AV system we did add the Group cable extension kit, which allowed us to bring the connections to an Extron cable cubby that we had fitted into the conference room table. So far our students and faculty have really enjoyed having access to a more upgraded camera and mic/speaker system for pop web conferencing requests.

[Black] I needed a webcam that would get the job done with solid clarity and color for a series of Zoom interviews that would be converted for website and social media consumption. The Logitech C930e performed above and beyond my expectations. Great choice for a relatively inexpensive price.

Setup super easy

[Black] My laptop camera was clearly not cutting it for my very frequent Zoom calls so I purchased this Logitech C930e Webcam. So much better! The video is brighter and much cleaner. Anyone used to my laptop video noticed right away. Definitely recommended.

[Black] After several months of enduring webcams built into computers I bought the Logitech C930e and it's delivered everything I expected. It shows me as I wish to be seen during Zoom sessions. Good framing, exposure, color balance and contrast. The software is simple, reliable and intuitive in my Mac environment.

Now, maybe it didn't need to be proprietary and expensive in the first place or a longer cable could have just been included in the first place. But if you're willing to spend the money, and of course you are to get this system looking all cable managed, then it's going to do exactly what you need it to do... Stretch to a reasonable length.
