Q: 1. I had planned on purchasing the HD51, however I am now thinking this new product is the way to go. Anyone have any thoughts about the major considerations/differences?

A: The HD51 has 5 Inputs that can be either HDMI or SDI. With the Studio One there are 3 different models. One that is 4 SDI only, one that is 4 HDMI only and finally the 4K model which is 2 HDMI inputs only. That is the major consideration with the Studio One vs HD51 units, if you need the additional flexibility to go between HDMI and SDI connections.

Q: 2. What are the replacement batteries for this light?

A: Pelican 1819 LR41/L736 Alkaline Batteries (1.5V, 4-Pack) B&H # PE1819

Q: 3. Do these blades also work with the regular Typhoon H?

A: Yes. The YUNEEC Full Set of Propellers for Typhoon H Plus (6-Pack) will also work for the Typhoon H,

A: The Livestream Studio Keyboard is designed to match the default settings available on Livestream's Studio products.

A: The SmallRig A/B Hard Stop Set are designed for use with SmallRig's focus gear rings and have not been tested on other manufacturer's parts.

A: Yes, the keyboard commands are the same for the free and paid versions.

Q: 7. We have an HD550. We would like Tally and comms for 5 cameras. What products do we require for full setup?

A: You will need the Digital Arts metaSETZ TLC-4LS Tally Controller for Livestream Studio B&H # DITLC4LS, (which has 6 tally outputs), 5 of the Digital Arts TL-2-C Tally Light for Tally Controllers B&H # DITL2C lights and if you want to use the intercom pass thru feature, 5 TL-IC cables. (1/8 stereo mini to 3-pin XLR).

Q: 8. What is the maximum length of network cables you can use between the controller and tally lights?

A: No maximum length of network cables is explicitly defined on the Digital Arts metaSETZ TLC-8LS Tally Controller for Livestream Studio.

Q: 9. "Creative App Control" claims "Turns a digital photo on your phone into a single Polaroid picture." How is that possible?

A: The Polaroid Now+ Generation 2 i-Type Instant Camera with App Control has an app that can be installed on your smartphone, which will communicate with the camera and act as a printer for the digital image.

Q: 10. Is this keyboard wireless or wired? How far away can it be from the Livestream system?

A: It is wired, and the cable on it is about 2 1/2-3 feet. We had to use a USB extension cable on ours for our set up. Our HD550 with higher placed USB ports is on a raised desk platform, and the keyboard is on the desk. So the keyboard cable was just out of reach.

[Download] The sounds are just like having backup singers at your fingertips. With the word builder function to actually have them sing matching sections to original tracks, ithese are a must have as a part of my studio options. 5

[Download] I bought this for the uniquely warm and dynamic electrical sounds it offered, unlike anything I had heard before. The software offers immediately accessible controls to alter the sound quite a bit, and these controls are easy to work with. The real challenge is under the hood, which offers an unbelievably intricate array of choices to make to fine-tune presets and create sounds from scratch. Given the complexity of this challenge, some who are interested in the sounds of Waverazor might consider its simpler version, Miniraze, as an alternative. 5

[Unlimited Users] I guess Hive is and will mostly be used in Trance music productions, but its absolutely stellar sound quality would be a waste if not used in most of any other genres of electronic or electronic-acoustic music productions as well. I highly recommend it! 5

[Download] This program was a long time coming. I had been an owner of one of the original mid 1960s Compact Combos for many years, until things started to break down. And of course, next to impossible to find parts. Or people that are able and willing to repair them. Some of the modern keyboards do have some of the Farfisa sounds, but in reality, only a small amount of them(like maybe 2 or 3 of them). In reality, there is more of a diverse amount of tones that the Farfisa produced. Even resorted to buying one of the Electro-Harmonix C9 organ emulator pedals, but that still wasn't enough of these particular kinds of tone for me. Then Arturia started coming out with these new virtual instrument programs. The dealers that I normally buy from carried the similar type of Vox Continental program(which would have probably worked fine, and would have settled for it) but knowing that the Farfisa program was also being made, I had to search to see who carried it. No regrets here. All the sounds that I was familiar with, and where they were situated on the virtual keyboard screen. What was interesting that they had the option of effects pedals in this program......and I would always run my Farfisa through a Phase Shifter and/or a Flanger when I had it. Also learned a few things that I did not know about my original instrument. There used to be this one controller that stuck out of the bottom, that you controlled with your knee. When I bought my original Farfisa(used, back in the mid-70s), that knee controller was missing, and it was something I never noticed. So, a bit more historical and technical information on the instrument you played regularly---but didn't know about. It's easy to get a keyboard that has the piano, Rhodes, and Hammond sounds, to name a few......but nobody seemed to get the Farfisa sounds right. Until now. Great timing, on the part of Arturia! 5
