A: You can add the Autel Robotics 1-Year Care Premium Support Plan for EVO II Dual 640T RTK Rugged Bundle V3 to a previously purchased drone as long as the drone was first activated within the last 48 hours, and the drone is still within its original manufacturer warranty.

A: Unfortunately we are only able to sell DJI care refresh with the drone at time of purchase.

A: You cannot. This is only available if you purchase the drone from B&H.

Q: 8. Is it true that you must register the care refresh program within 24 hours of purchase?

A: If you buy it from B&H the same time you buy the drone it can take a few days to come through in email. So if you buy your drone from B&H and your excited to fly on your first day you can't because you won't have your DJI refresh code maybe in 3 days. You have to wait for your DJI refresh code then register because if you register then you get the code after 3 days you will not be able to use it. That's my understanding

Q: 9. How does this work? If I purchase Care Refresh at the same time I purchase the Air 2S drone is the Care Refresh automatically bound to the aircraft or do I need to download a code or something and bind it myself?

A: To complete the care refresh process, you will need register the service to the drone with activation license code. The drone and care refresh need to be purchased together, to purchase the care refresh.

[1-Year ] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one. 5

[Parts & Labor] You want the best care with your fine photography equipment. Canon is the subject matter experts on their own equipment. They will have you send they item at no charge to you also. Its a no brainier and you need back up with all and any tech equipment 5
