Q: 5. Do I have to purchase care refresh the same day as the Drone?

A: It is recommended that it is purchased same day as DJI requires that the product the warranty is purchased for is new, not activated or at least within the first 48 hours of the Drone's activation.

Q: 6. I have ordered Mavic Mini, but not yet received it (it hasn't shipped yet). Can I purchase DJI Care in the interrim?

A: Unfortunately we are only able to sell DJI care refresh with the drone at time of purchase.

A: If you buy it from B&H the same time you buy the drone it can take a few days to come through in email. So if you buy your drone from B&H and your excited to fly on your first day you can't because you won't have your DJI refresh code maybe in 3 days. You have to wait for your DJI refresh code then register because if you register then you get the code after 3 days you will not be able to use it. That's my understanding

Q: 8. I have two separate licenses...for an office desktop and a laptop. My company uses Microsoft OneDrive. Since I have two separate licenses, can I keep all of my project files on the OneDrive cloud? Or do you recommend I use a portable SSD drive for this?

A: It's up to you, but I would think using OneDrive cloud would be slow, and using a fast ssd would likely provide the best results when editing with Adobe Premiere Pro CC (1-Year Subscription, Download) on multiple devices. Another option would be to use a NAS for storage instead, which can be accessed from both systems remotely, but you would be limited by the speed of network.

[2-Year ] I have yet to have an issue with my gear but I know that whenever I do, Canon will be there for me. As a Canon Professional, I rely on having gear that is always up and going. Should I have to send my gear in, they will fix it immediately and even send me a loaner. Anyone that is a professional, or even not... this is a must. Never leave home without insurance. This plan.. about $50, ... the replacement, over $400!!! Don't leave home without it. I highly recommend this add on. 5

[2-Year ] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one. 5
