The Nitecore MH10S Rechargeable LED Flashlightis a bit smaller than its predecessor models, but punches way above its weight with a peak output of 1800 lumens and an extraordinary 1500-hour runtime at the 1-lumen ultralow setting. The light features five output levels, a randomly changing disorientating strobe, SOS signal mode, and emergency location beacon. A single switch on the body gives you access to all the output intensities and specialty strobe modes. The switch remembers the last output selected and automatically goes to that level the next time it's turned on.

The lightweight, durable housing is made of aluminum with a Type III hard anodized finish. It is impact-resistant to 3.3' and IP68-rated, submersible to 6.6'. An integrated USB Type-C charging port behind the head charges the included 21700 battery in the light, eliminating the need for a separate charging cradle. Reverse-polarity protection prevents damage to the light if the battery is put in wrong, and overheat protection automatically drops the output if the light gets too hot.

A: The Explore Scientific Astro R-Lite Red Astronomy LED Flashlight is not in infrared flashlight which is why there are no specifications for the nanometer range. It is made to luminate without affecting night-adjusted vision so you can read star charts, find eyepieces and filters, and safely navigate around your telescope.

[0.6 lb] This little guy rocks ! It fits nicely in pants pocket, light weight, and bright. The user interface is typical of many of these type of flashlights, easy to get to know once you have 'played with it' a while. What's outstanding is the beam pattern that comes from the 4 LEDs. It's broad and very smooth, no hot spots great for close-range inspections. The instant press and release turbo mode from any brightness setting is handy. also. This is an excellent short-throw light, just don't accidently leave it on high or turbo close to anything that can melt, it gets HOT !!! 5

[4000 mAh ] I was very pleased with this light. I have a number of flash lights with around 10,000 lumen. This is one of the best with it's shape and design, it a keeper. 5

[Aluminum] I really like the feel of this light in your hand!! It's really super bright with good adjustable light outputs!! This light is really made for long distance throws!! The bean is really tight with not much spill! Good for hiking or just to play with!! I like it though!! Real high quality all the way!! Made really well!! 5

[0.6 lb] Love this light. Quality, the body is solid metal, metal buttons, lcd control panel. It's got perfect beam focus (more of a flood than a spot), daylight bright if you use 12K. But the softer mode work great as well. Holds charge for a ridiculous amount of time. Super product. 5

[1x LED] I purchased the MH41 to use as a safety device while I run. Since I run at a very early (before sunrise) time in the morning and on a road shoulder, I need reflective clothing and a good illumination and signaling device to let drivers know where I am. This light functions very well for that purpose, but it is heavy. The turbo mode is extremely bright and overall the flashlight illuminates a long way off and has an efficient spread of white light from central to edge. I don't do Search and Rescue, but I would expect that it would be useful for that purpose, since it has a signaling mode, beacon mode and the necessary brightness to light a good area of territory. The flashlight comes with two rechargeable (in the light) 18650 Nitecore Li-Ion batteries, charger, lanyard, spare tail cap, etc., so it is a good value for the price. It is also waterproof, so you can use it in the rain. I can comment on the use of this flashlight for Law Enforcement also. While it would be useful as a general-purpose flashlight, as well as a self-defense, non-lethal weapon, it is too large and heavy to carry on a duty belt. It would probably best be left on the right front seat of a cruiser during rounds. For searching indoor and outdoor areas, it is very effective, due to its versatility and throw, so it's more of a general-purpose light. The light is so bright, however, that it will probably blind anyone who looks directly into it while on turbo mode, so each agency will have to determine policy if it's to be used for non-lethal defense. The only problem I have with the light, other than its weight, is that warranty service is done in China and the light has to be sent to B&H for them to forward it to the manufacturer for warranty service. That takes lots of time, so I figure that two to three months to get the light back is realistic. 5

[0.6 lb] Very nice unit. Very bright at the highest mode. Only downside is that it will time out in about 10 seconds do ur does not get too hot. Overall would recommend and I would buy it again. 5
