Transmit uncompressed 1080p60, 10-bit, 4:2:2 video from up to 984' away to a Ghost-Eye receiver with the CINEGEARS Ghost-Eye Wireless 600MP HDMI/SDI V3 V-Mountfrom CINEGEARS. It safely can transmit video using its two antennas on up to ten frequencies to other Ghost-Eye receivers that use the same level of encryption. It features one HDMI input, one 3G-SDI input, and one SDI loop output.

Whether you have a point-to-point or point-to-multipoint configuration, your signal is carried with a low-latency rate of less than 1 ms over the license-free 5 GHz frequency band. Small obstacles in the line-of-sight are compensated for by an adaptive signal logarithm keeping your transmitter and receiver connected, and the transmitter also supports required AES-128/256 signal encryption. For safety, signals dropped due to interference or a loss of line-of-sight are automatically relinked within 1 ms of the obstacle being removed. The 600MP transmitter comes with an L-series battery mount and two antennas.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Which end connects to the camera, the transmitter or receiver?

A: With systems like this you Transmit the signal from the camera to a monitor that has a receiver on it. The Transmitter will go with the camera.

Q: 2. How many transmeter I can connect to wireless video receiver. And whats the cost single wireless transmeter. Thank you

A: You can only connect 1 transmitter to a receiver. However you can connect an Unlimited number of Ghost-Eye Receivers to a single transmitter with this product. This is a new product and we do not have just the receiver available for individual purchase at this time. However we would imagine it will be available in the near future.

Q: 3. What is the latency of the signal?

A: Cine-Gears does not list latency. The only state "your video and audio signals get sent at industry-leading speeds from A to B." Since the B&H reviewers make no mention of latency and seem please with the performance of the equipment, we will say that you probably will be too.

Q: 4. Will this work with the atomos inferno. This is 3sdi atomos is 12sdi ?

A: Yes it will. The Atomos Inferno accepts signals up to 12G-SDI, it can accept a 3G-SDI signal as well.

Q: 5. Can this mount to the Movi Pro pop and lock system?

A: That is possible. The FREEFLY Pop-N-Lock Quick Release System, B&H # FR91000205, has both 1/4"-20 and 3/8" threads to attach accessories. You would just need to use something like a 1/4"-20 to 1/4"20 Spigot or articulating arm to connect this to the Pop-N-Lock. 1/4"-20 Spigot - https://bhpho.to/2jdVltE E-Image Mini Arm with 1/4"-20 Studs - https://bhpho.to/2WODQn7

Q: 6. Why would I want to buy a 200M or a 150M or any other version of the Cinegears transmitters over this one given the price point of those and this one?In other words... I'm trying to figure out why it's so inexpensive compared to similar models in the past or lesser-performing current models.

A: From the research I've done, it would seem the main difference is signal resiliency. The 600MP model receiver has no external antennae and though it has a range of 600m like it's Ghost-Eye 600M sibling, it is more susceptible to drop-out when you lose line of sight. Because the 600M has those external antennae connectors, this means it also allows connecting the large panel antenna to extend range even further. Take that info and apply it to the 200M - yes, it is only 200 meter range, but it seems the signal is more resilient to objects that would block or interfere. That might mean that in an interior situation the 200M could possibly outperform the 600MP but in an open environment with clear line-of-sight, the 600MP would operate at a range far beyond the 200m limitations of the Ghost-Eye 200M. This is all based on what I could gather on-line so hopefully the manufacturer will chime in and confirm or dispute...

Q: 7. What's in the box?

A: The following is included with this kit: 600MP Transmitter 600MP Receiver 2 x 2-Pin LEMO to D-Tap Cables Articulating Arm 2 x Extended Range Antennas 2 x SDI Cables Waterproof Case Limited 3-Year Warranty

Q: 8. it says you can power the transmitter via dtap butcan you power the reciever with a d tap?

A: Yes, both tx and rx can be powered via p tap to 2 pin lemo cables.

Q: 9. Can the receiver output HDMI and SDI at the same time to enable a loop to another monitor?

A: Yes you can. If using a smallhd monitor you can just run one sdi out to that, and loop out of the smallhd as well.

Q: 10. I can't connect it to ghost eye 150mV2, either receiver or transmitter. Any solution? It state that it is compatible to the previous version.

[10] We Love Ghost-Eye!! And our clients do too!  Just got a text from our
customer on set, he is a sound audio mixer and has 2 feeds from video village to his sound cart (A & B Cam).   He said “I will never do another show without the Ghost Eye!!” We have been using the 150M kits for over a year and have had excellent results on TV shows and movie sets. CineGears support has always been fast and easy to work with if you have questions. We just ordered 2 new Ghost-Eye300M kits from B&H and are excited to get them in the field. Why you ask?? Because our 150M kits are out working and we need more kits for a job! Thanks B&H and CineGears!!

[5.1 to 5.9 GHz] I'm really liking this system. So far, I've pushed the distance out to a football field, with no signal loss, also used it out on the water , filming boat to boat, and inside a manufacturing facility. It didn't drop signal or get sketchy at all.
The fact that the receivers have no antennae is a big plus. I put one RX on a small monitor for director handset and I don't have to worry about the antennae get broken off by someone less careful than I.
Another great feature, that I use a lot, is loop out sdi on the transmitter and 2 sdi out on the receiver.
There are also multiple mounting points on the bottom and face of the receiver, for various mounting configurations.

The clover antennae on the transmitter look cool too, and are less likely to get broken.

[Uncompressed] I bought one a few months back, and use it all the time. Works great, with very infrequent dropouts or reconnects. Receiver can output HDMI and SDI simultaneously, which has come in handy. The only criticism I have is that it doesn't have SDI loop-through on the receiver end. Solved pretty easily with a T-connector, but it would be nice to have.

[9 W] I've used many different wireless systems, from ultra-cheap Amazon garbage to top-of-the-line studio systems. Ghost-Eye is hands down the best bang for the buck-- I would take these over Paralinx, over Teradek, any day-- It turns on and works, you wouldn't think that would be so hard, and for Ghost-Eye, it's not. I'm going to buy 2 more of these. It makes my life easier and it saves me time. 10 stars--
