Q: 1. I bought two of these speakers to be used with a Sonos Amp (125W channels). Can/should I bypass the internal transformer?

A: For connection to a Sonos amp, the Bose Freespace 360P Series II Environmental Loudspeaker (Green) should be in a 4-ohm setting. The transformer wattage tap is for the purpose of connecting to a 70V/100V amplifier so that you can keep the speaker limited to a certain wattage, reserving the leftover wattage for connecting other speakers to that same 70V/100V amplifier, which is typically used in commercial retail, grocery stores, and warehouses.

Q: 2. How much ich do these run? I have 2 panaray 12's. Can these be plugged into any power amp? I am currently using a mackie 808s FR series. 600 watt. Would they work? Smokehousegamblers @ gmail . Com smokehouse on Jun 20, 2021 BEST ANSWER: They ill connect to a power amp via their: Connectors 2 x NL4 Neutrik speakON (parallel-wired), input 1 x 2-pin barrier strip, input NOTE: Nominal Impedance 8 Ohms Power Handling 300 W (1200 W peak) (less)

A: Bose Professional MA12 Power Handling: 300 W (1200 W peak) @ 8 ohms. Q: 3. I am just using a bookshelf Samsung Stereo that came with 4 ohm speakers/ 80W per channel. Is there a way to wire these that bypasses the internal transformer, basically making them work the Freespace 51's (which I can't find)?

A: Yes, The Bose Freespace 360P Series II Environmental Loudspeaker can operate at 4 ohms and can handle 80W of power. If you use the black common wire as negative and the orange 80W wire as positive, you will be using the speaker at full power and bypassing its internal transformer. The Freespace 360Ps and Freespace 51s cannot be daisy chained together but they can be wired directly to your stereo receiver or power amplifier.

Q: 4. Where are the rest of the parts we need to make sound happen? Amplifier? Interface? We need turn key.

A: Yes you would need a compatible amplifier to be able to power and send signal to the Bose Virtually Invisible 791 Series II speakers.

Q: 5. I was at another music store in my area and they had this setup on the floor and the movable array at the bottom would not stay in place it would snap into the rear position on the bottom of both speakers Is there a fix for this I would hate to spend 4500 for a set and they don't lock after moving then around awhile?

A: We have not experienced this issue.

Q: 7. Hello Can I use two subs and two 812' for a large PA for outdoor concert?I would be mixing guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals

A: I got away with the 2 812s and one sub - outdoor concert for over 200 people - this PA screams. It's amazing - remember though that it is a true front line system which means that it doesn't like microphones in front of it, you really need to use smaller monitors for behind the line. I'm in love with this system and eventually will add the 2nd sub, even though I really don't need it :)

Q: 8. i have a numark m6 usb mixer with two ndx500 cd units. can i hook two 812's and two f1 sub's to this system ? if so , how ?

A: I assume you are speaking of the powered models. Yes. Take an XLR out of the mixer to the input of the 812 and set for 'line level'. Position the 'EQ' switch to 'with sub'. Connect the outpout of the speaker to the sub input.

Q: 9. Can I use without a sub for a small party? about 50 people.

A: Yes you can use the Bose F1 Model 812 Powered Flexible Array Loudspeaker for a party of 50 people,

Q: 10. Is bose f1 812 need a power amplifier or a receiveer for that? It means : do i need to buy a power amplifier go together??

A: The Bose F1 Model 812 Powered Flexible Array Loudspeaker is a self contained unit. It has a 1000 Watts of power a 2-Channel Integrated Mixer with XLR, 1/4 & RCA Inputs. You don't need to buy anything except the F1.

[20.54 lb] I am using 4 of these in a University Multipurpose room and they work great. Full sound and plenty of coverage for the application. I have used this model many times and have yet to be dissapointed in what they can do.

[Bass-Reflex] This is an amazing loudspeaker. It's well-built, rugged and easy to handle. We purchased this to replace a speaker in a school gym; the sound quality and clarity and unmatched. Be aware of the connecter ports look similar to XLRs, but are in fact Speakon NL4FC Ports; they can be easily refitted with XLR is needed.

[Black] Bought these to replace the same speakers from Bose I had installed near my patio 20 years prior. After so long the sound started to be muted, but they produced great sound for so many year. Highly recommend, even if you can find cheaper options.

[Black] Great product at a great price. B&H, I have found, to have better prices than the big national stores. That's great! I don't care if the store is in NYC if they ship free to Texas and the prices are better than in other places! :)

[88 dB SPL] I run a system in my church and currently own 6 of this speakers. 2 are elevated main for Highs and mid on 2000 watt amps and a driverack. The other 4 are stage monitors 2 on 1000 w amps and 2 on 2000 watt amps all the ones that are use for monitors are running in full range. They have awesome High and mid, and for the size the low is not bad at all. Great response when used with a drive rack or crossover. Really light and really heavy duty. Would recommend to anyone.
