[Zipper] Fits the device perfectly, very protected

[0.42 lb] I actually bought an older version of this over two years ago. At that time my YouTube channel was pretty new and I wasn't doing many videos. So based on that and the fact I hadn't really figured out the TourBox, I sold it to a friend who was way more productive than me.


But now that my channel has grown and is growing and I'm turning out videos on a regular basis, I figured I would try this again. There is a learning curve. I know I'm not using every feature available, but choose to use the ones that correspond to the Final Cut Pro things I'm always using. Over time I'll use other buttons to make things go even faster.


But even though I'm only using about ten of the hundreds of possibilities, the TourBox saves me time. And as I get faster remembering what each button does, I'll speed up my workflow even faster.


I do love how the TourBox auto recognizes which program I'm using. At the moment, I'm primarily using it for Final Cut Pro with PhotoShop as a secondary use.


Well worth the money if you're willing to spend some time getting it set up for your use and then practicing remembering which button does what.

[PU, EVA, Velvet] This little controller does everything I need to edit more efficiently. It is intuitive, programmable, and easy to master. I've been editing for thirty years and have used everything from Avid to FCP to Premiere to Resolve. This is one of the best pieces of gear I've ever bought.

[Zipper] Exactly what was required for the Tourbox Elite for when it travels. Very nice case.

[0.42 lb] Two weeks in and I'm loving it! I use mainly on Photoshop but definitely see the potential for other apps. Please note, as mentioned on various reviews: This will not instantly speed up your work, but using it a few times will get that muscle memory going and eventually make things go faster.

What I really like:
1. build quality
2. the response and accuracy of the dials / knob, superb!!!

The finishing does get dirty easily with finger prints and a bit of a dust magnet... but hey if you want it sparkling shiny don't touch it :)

[0.42 lb] Contrary to the only other review, I find the wallet does what it is supposed to do, which is to hold a full complement of Kase's magnetic filters. A bunch of fat threaded filters take up a lot of space, but who is buying a stack of them any more? When I consider how many filters and adapters I might want in my bag, I realize most can be left at home anyway. If you want or need a lot of fat lenses, buy a different brand of case.

[Zipper] I own 3 of these pouches to go with the 3 sets of identical filters I own for my 3 Freewell Eiger Matte Box systems. I store only proper video filters in here; Freewell Eiger Magnetic IR CUT ND4, ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64. I stack up to two for 2-11 stops of ND reduction with infrared light cut. Of course it would be cool if Freewell offered ND2 filters but people don't really buy single stop NDs anymore so it's a miracle those IR CUT NDs even exist. You won't catch me dead with a variable ND filter on my lens, I don't like polarization artifacts when recording through glass and the color shifts; so, I'm a filter change monkey and I need a quality pouch for them. This has not scratched my filters and I've used it for almost a year now on many shoots. The Eiger IR CUT ND filters are thin, so they fit in the pouch divisions well and when stacking up to two I don't experience any vignetting on the widest MFT lens, the Laowa 6mm (12mm full frame equivalent). Try that with the PolarPro BaseCamp or Tilta Mirage ... lol. It's a match made in videography heaven. I have hoarded another Eiger Matte Box and another set of the IR CUT NDs for the future. Once Freewell stops selling them it'll be the dark ages of videography again. Even Tiffen doesn't have a proper set of single stop IR cut ND filters. These pouches do a wonderful job. They hold the filters so I can achieve that glorious 180 degree shutter angle. This is an excellent product!
