A carrying case for professional DJs that doubles as a versatile controller platform, the all-black Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 Odyssey Black Label Glide Flight Caseis designed specifically for the Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 controller system and provides protection during transport from on-the-road wear and tear. The case features a removable sliding Glide Style platform, allowing you to rest a laptop, microphone, or other gear while you keep the controller on the bottom area. A 1 RU rackmount space is below the controller for installing a wireless microphone receiver or other rack gear. Should you wish, the 1 RU mounting rails may be moved to the rear of the case or all together.

On the inside of the case, beveled-foam cutouts on each corner are custom built to fit the DDJ-FLX6 controller, raising it slightly to allow for efficient DJing. A cable management port in the back and removable V-cut front panel give you access to all the necessary controls and headphone/microphone jacks while keeping things organized. The case is made with rubber feet for an antiskid bottom and has steel-ball corners for increased durability.

[Black] I actually bought this for my Rev 5 since I couldn't find any cases for it at the time. But now that I just got the Rev 7, I switched out the Rev 5 the Rev 7 is a perfect fit! Plenty padding all around the sides, bottom and top, fully protecting the controller. Unlike other cases that have no padding on the sides or on the bottom. The shell is strong enough that I feel comfortable stacking lighter items on top. Zipper is high quality and works smoothly. Handle's seem to be sewed on strong. I added a small strip of eggshell padding to protect the front of the controller where the mic and fader control knobs are. Even though the controller is firmly seated in place because of the main padding, I just feel more comfortable having that covered. The extra compartment to hold wires, etc...is quite useful to keep all components for the controller all together in one place. It's a little funky to use though, you really need to attach the velcro properly on the bottom and add the 2 secure straps to the top to keep it in place. It's minor, but it does annoy me having to fuss with all those to put it back in place every time I set up and breakdown. Otherwise, the case does exactly what it's supposed to do and is much lighter than using a flight case. 5

[1 RU] We use this rack as a mobile rack at our church. It fits everything we need. The glide tray is not level and they only placed a stop for the glide tray on one side. Other than that it's perfect. 5

[34.27 lb] I got this product to house my new Denon MC-6000 along with a Denon BU-4500 Dual CD player. I already own the FZGS1004BL but needed something slightly smaller. The 1002BL delivers! It smaller yet heavier and better constructed. You have the option of running cables and wires out of the back through a round hole AND by opening a panel. It's great product that with proper care will last, and last, and last... 5
