A: Yes;I have an iPhone 5S.On the Tivoli Model One turn the knob to Aux .Wait a few moments.On the iPhone select Settings, select Bluetooth, and place the iPhone next to the Model One.On the Model One turn the vol up about 1/4.Your iPhone will commence looking...you'll see the wheel turning which indicates the iPhone is searching.It took me two tries.When connection was established I heard a tone from the Model One.In my case I chose to listen to a local TV station news video through the Model One.I expect it will work on anything else.It's a good radio

A: Very likely an external antenna is not needed. However,it depends upon how good the signal is from the station you are trying to listen to. The radio comes with an external antenna that plugs into the back of the radio. I have been happily listening to my Model One for 16+ years in suburban settings and have always done very well with the included external antenna. The FM reception in this radio is really quite good.

[1x Full-Range] This thing rocks! Probably as good or better than a bose speaker. Its hefty and has a quality build and really like the strap assembly. It definately fills the room with sound. It looks classy to sum it up! 5

[AM, FM] So glad that that these little gems are back in production! The PAL was our go-to thank you gift whenever we stayed at a friend's house. We've had (and loved) other PAL models, but always wanted one of these for our own. This is the same as the sturdy original, plus bluetooth! It has a nice clear/warm tone (not muddy or shrill), very easy on the ears. User note: reception while plugged in to 110v (charging) is terrible. But as soon as the charging cable is removed, it really pulls-in the stations. 5

[1x Full-Range] These little radios are magical. The tuner is incredible, the sound is awesome. I bought one in every color available just in case they are ever discontinued. The other night, I was scanning across the AM band, which nobody does anymore, and from my apartment in Pinehurst, NC I was listening to WCBS 880 in NYC, This radio picks up FM stations the best car radios can’t. Just the best, highest quality radio on the market today. Long battery life, recharge in less then 3 hours. Highly refined, high quality radio. 5

[3.195 lb] I was new to BT so this was a nice feature ot have. It was a present for my wife, and she like it. She not much for stereo EQ so for her to like it is a big deal. The shipping was very fast, and the people at B&H are always helpful. 5

[1x Full-Range] Super stylish -- suits my slightly retro dcor very well. Like the aux connection for my old school iPod and my even older school CD walkman. The 5:1 tuner ratio is fantastic, too -- I was able to dial in a station on this thing that no other FM radio could pick up with just the built-in antenna. Satisfied with the frequency response -- definitely not as tinny as my cheap-o portable radios. Puts out a decent volume without little distortion. Overall, very impressed with the functionality of this little beauty. 5

[5.0] Tivoli makes high quality products and the PAL is no exception. Specifically, excellent FM reception in a location where most radios fail. I was dubious of going back to an analog tuning dial, preferring digital with programable buttons. The tuning dial works very well, though and I have no regrets. My wife loves the sound and ease of use, too. The PAL replaces a cheap Panasonic and the PAL is worth every penny in comparison. 5

[1x Full-Range] If you want an over-the-air radio with a modern twist, this is it. When the internet connection is down, this is a reliable source of contact to the outside world. The rechargeable battery is a nice feature and the old-school dial tuner is easy to use and understand. I have used the Bluetooth connection to listen to podcasts from my phone, but don't expect to provide a thumping soundtrack to your next party. There are better sounding portable speakers out there, but the radio was the selling point for me. 5

[AM, FM] I bought this radio to replace a KLH radio from the 60's- 70's. This radio is much smaller than the KLH but produces the same full rich sound of its predesessor. 5
