[0.055 lb] I find the muscle memory of using these premarked rings is incredibly helpful in my work as a commercial focus puller. This way, on different sets of lenses I still work with essentially the same throw, so there's less time on the job where I need to learn the lens. I find the 8 ring specifically helpful for music videos, where the artist comes very close to the lens, and also backs up to 12-15 ft all in the same shot. 5
