Use larger-sized cameras, such as ENG, on select ikan teleprompters with this Teleprompter Riser Plate for PT4500 PT4700 PT4900 Camerasfrom ikan. The anodized aluminum riser positions the center of your lens properly on your teleprompter, and features a long slot for adjusting your camera front-to-back. The plate features anti-twist grip tabs on top, and comes with a 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera tie-down screw.

A: Using an SDI output into the screen for the ikan Professional 17" SDI Teleprompter, Tripod, and Dolly Kit will work without any issues.

Q: 6. Is there some kind of quick release system compatible with this bottom plate? So I can switch between tripods and gimbals on the fly?

A: Not that i am aware of. I would just install the gimbal plate to the bottom of this riser plate and then screw in a quick relewase plate to your tripod into the gimbal plate. So all you would have to do is remove the quick release tripod plate and the gimbal plate would already be there and rteady to slide into gimbal.

A: This software that comes with this software does not have native compatibility with wireless controllers. Perhaps you should consider Ikan's teleprompter based solutions since they are designed to accommodate wireless controllers.

[Aluminum] Works as it should. Perfect riser for the RED DSMC 2 lineup. Can leave it on the bottom at all times and still fits in the case. Add the 15 or 19mm rod system attachment and you are set for doing most lightweight work. Add a dovetail and bridgeplate to gain more flexibility 5

[1.055 lb] I have tried a lot of those promoters in the past and this one is finally working exactly as I expected. I suggest to use the app Power Prompter 2 which is so easy to use. Same as for prompter, I have tried many many solutions and this software is just the best. 5

[Aluminum] It is hard to believe that you can get a 3G teleprompter at this price point. We mounted this to our Grass Valley LDX86s with Fujinon glass, and it works great. We had a lot of doubts, but are incredibly happy with this purchase. 5
