The sensors under the trackpad's surface detect subtle differences in the amount of pressure you apply. The Magic Trackpad features a large edge-to-edge glass surface area and it can pair automatically with your Mac. The integrated battery can last for up to a month (may vary depending on usage) and can be recharged via the included woven Lightning to USB Type-C cable.

A: The iMac is an excellent computer but just like any electronic device ever made, things can go wrong with the model you get, its just the way it goes. You shouldn't have any problems but that isn't something anybody can predict. It comes with a 1 year warranty with Apple. Should there by any issues, you can contact them for support.

Q: 9. My wife has many windows open when she is on the internet. Would the 16g memory be a significant benefit for that relative to the 8gig? g memory?

A: Having extra memory can help for allowing multiple programs to be ran at the same time as well as simultaneously running multi browser sessions at the same time. 8GB is a good number for an average user. Those with more extensive usage may benefit from 16GB.

[0.765 lb] Had to replace my space gray trackpad for my 2018 iMac Pro, which is no longer manufactured. I miss the gray, but this looks fine and works great. I didn't realize how the previous trackpad had degraded over time (only reason I replaced it was the battery puffed up on the bottom). Hoping this one lasts longer than the last one. 5

[Ambidextrous] I have used apple track pads for years and was hesitant to order white at first but it looks very nice on my white desktop. Nicely machined and a nice amount of feedback when you press it. It charges conveniently from a lightning cable 5

[0.765 lb] This trackpad is awesome and does exactly what it is suppose to do. I do video and film editing and have used Apple Trackpads for many years now. They are solid and always work perfectly. I have an old one (white) that I am still using and the rechargeable battery is still holding up perfectly after many many years of use. These Apple Trackpads are great and are a musty buy! 5
