A: Probably not. I just opened it and checked for updates (there weren't any). It's been a while since I last saw one and that update, as far as I understood, only really corrected bugs and didn't add any cameras.

A: No, this tool will not work on your black magic unit as it is not capable of making micro lens adjustments. ideally this item is meant to be made with still cameras that are capable of making micro lens adjustments such as Canon, Nikon still cameras for example.

I think the question is answered but just to add, FoCal works with pretty much any / all Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras which allow AF microadjust / AF fine tune, you can double check the list of supported cameras by searching google with "reikan focal supported cameras". In terms of the lenses themselves, any auto focus lens which is compatible with a supported camera will work. These can be Canon, Nikon as well as 3rd party including Sigma, Tamron and Tokina lenses.
