Q: 1. Do you sell the screws separately?

A: We do not sell the Libec branded screws but we sell screws made by other manufactures that are compatible with this quick release plate. For example: Desmond Knurled 1/4"-20 Slotted Screws (5-Pack) B&H # DE5SACH14 MFR # 5 SACH14

Q: 2. Does it work with Synology ds1522+ ?

A: The Sabrent TH-S3EA Thunderbolt 3 to 10G Ethernet Adapter is not compatible with the Synology DS1522+. Please also note that the Synology DS1522+ already has ethernet built in and does not require this adapter.

Q: 3. Would this work well with a battery grip equipped camera such as a Canon T4i or 5D Mark IV?

A: While it would work with both cameras it would not be able to work with the cameras battery grip unless you remove the handle of the edelkrone Pocket Rig 3.

Q: 4. Will this Dovetail Plate work with a Manfrotto MVH500AH fluid head?I want to be able to switch heads on my RRS leveling plate.

A: No, it will not.

Q: 5. Does it function without the 15mm rod section attached? As in can it be secured to the camera and a tripod plate without the 15mm rod "block" in the middle? The pictures seem to imply this might work, but there are no clear views. My use-case would rarely need the rods, but the shoulder support/belt clip could be useful for a lot of inconspicuous run and gun work.

A: Yes. The 15mm rods can be taken out of its places.

Q: 6. Can I plug these headphones into my smartphone and use as listening headphones?

A: Yes

Q: 7. Does it be able to manually adjust link speed to 5G, 2.5G, 1G and 100M and so on ?

A: Yes, the link speed of the TH-S3EA Thunderbolt 3 to 10G Ethernet Adapter changes based on connection.

Q: 8. Is this compatible with the Libec TH 650ex ?

A: yes it is.

Q: 9. Is there an estimated stock date for the Pocket Rig as well as for some other Edelkrone products, namely the Pocket Skater?

A: Edelkrone products are in high demand and low supply. Unfortunately, we have no further availability information. Please check the B&H website frequently for updates.

Q: 10. Will this fit the TH-650HD?

A: Unfortunately it wouldn't work with the TH-650HD. It only works with the TH-X H Head.

[Download] I initially had a problem with the clasp. Wrote the manufacturer, and they quickly supplied me with a replacement. Quality is over the top, and works amazingly for busy shoot sessions. I look forward to picking up more products by this company. 5

[Download] I had the 8 bay TB2 and it worked super. Needed to upgrade and went for the 12 bay. It too works super. Hardware Raid is amazing. Nothing seems to slow it down. It maintains top level transfer speeds no matter what I am doing. It NEVER dips...consistent to drawer performance. 5

[Download] My first strap had an issue with the clasp as it wouldn't lock completely and could drop the camera.� I contacted the company and they quickly responded and sent me a replacement strap. With that hiccup out of the way, this strap has travelled the country with me in snow, rain, sun.� The leather is of very high quality and is only looking better with use. 5

[Download] Fantastic product. Top quality. Thoughtfulness throughout the design. Unfortunately, it did not work with how I use my camera, so I returned it. I do a lot of tripod-based photography. This would require removing the Full Beard connection (easy, but an extra step). Also, as I likely wouldn't have had another strap on the camera, I would then end up strapless - not my thing. Are you a street photographer who rarely uses a tripod? This is what you want and you wont find a better one. 5

[Download] I had old 8-bay ARC-8050 (a Thunderbolt [v1]) unit from Areca. While it kept the data that I needed, during the Mac OSX BigSur shutdown it usually timed out when I wrote something to it. I wanted to change to a higher capacity and a new Thunderbolt 3 device. I got it shipped quickly directly from a third party. I checked the order of drives in the old 8-bay ARC-8050 (top one is drive #1, bottom one is drive #8); checked the order of drives in the new 12-bay Areca unit (top left is #1, top right is #6, bottom right is #12); placed drive #1 from the old unit into drive #1 in the new one, .. etc. Connected the new unit to my Mac, booted Mac and... my drive appeared... Very and painless transfer... The new unit is very fast: write is about 1600 MB/s, read about 700 MB/s (that's 8 10TB drives configured as RAID 6 [60TB disk] with about only 4TB free on disk). I'll add more drives when I have the money :-) 5

[Download] I love it. I tried TH3 before and really like it ... I think TH-U is awesome. Great overdrives and clean sound. The RIG emulator is fantastic, may be Overloud can improve the visual aspect in next versiones. 5
