Q: 1. In the product pictures, I see several wires running between the laptop and the camera. What sort of hardware do I need to connect my camera to my computer?

A: The USB cable that came with the camera connects the camera to the laptop or computer. In some cases the software is able to control the camera and "enter" the correcting factors automatically, in others you have to manually add the numbers before the next step is performed. In this case make sure you have a very secured tripod/tripod head to avoid any movement otherwise you will need to start all over.

Q: 2. Will you be selling its newer wider young brother the Kowa LM4HC?

A: We currently do not have additional information regarding this product. We are selling the "6" version, but have no confirmed data as to whether we may expand that catalogue with Kowa.

Q: 3. Does it only work with Nikon or canon lenses

A: Hi Paul, Thank you for your interest in Reikan FoCal. I think the question is answered but just to add, FoCal works with pretty much any / all Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras which allow AF microadjust / AF fine tune, you can double check the list of supported cameras by searching google with "reikan focal supported cameras". In terms of the lenses themselves, any auto focus lens which is compatible with a supported camera will work. These can be Canon, Nikon as well as 3rd party including Sigma, Tamron and Tokina lenses. A: The manufacturer website information always takes precedence. They say this is a C mount lens so C mount it is. I have alerted the B&H web department and apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

Use of the Sigma Dock (and Tamron TAP) with Reikan FoCal is possible, it's a fairly involved process but raising a support request via the Reikan FoCal website the support team will be able to provide some useful info. A: This is a lens designed for cameras that record in a format up to 720p. MP means it's a megapixel lens. This model is a 1 MP lens. If the format being recorded is any higher this lens is not recommended.
