Tim Cooper began his career as a commercial and assignment photographer working with clients such as the North Face, Vasque boots, 3M, and the International Heart Institute. His editorial and commercial photographs have appeared  as covers, advertising, and art / editorial illustration in Travel & Leisure, the New York Times Magazine, Outdoor Photographer, Fly Rod & Reel, Northern Lights and Private Clubs.

In addition to commercial work, Tim has also been involved with the Rocky Mountain School of Photography since 1993. He has taught workshops, classes, and seminars. He has held the positions of Director of Education, Director of the Black and White Program, and Director of Digital Imaging. Tim currently teaches various workshops, classes, and seminars for the school in addition to consulting on both photographic and digital technologies. Tim is co-author of the Complete PhotoshopCS3 for Digital Photographers.

A: THIS now comes with BOTH Lightroom Classic, which WILL read your MIV files. It also comes with the newer web based CC version, but has a limit of 20GB of space. As I pro, I recommend this, but use Lightroom Classic, which is version 7.01, vs version 1.0 of CC, and Photoshop 2018, which is also included.

A: Yes, Adobe Bridge is included along with a few other supplemental add-ins like lightroom mobile.

A: Yes it is exactly like purchasing it from Adobe.

Q: 4. Question about Download only version: when does the subscription start? Is there any deadline for activation from the date of purchase?

A: I dont know if there is a deadline to activate the code. Though, Activation shouldnt start until you redeem the code. So you could purchase the software now and then wait a while before activating it.

Q: 5. What is the difference between the standard edition and the teachers edition?

A: The price. If you qualify for an educational discount go for it. Many of my early Adobe products were purchased that way back when I was in school.

Q: 6. Will this work on a Macbook Pro running Big Sur?

A: Yes, it is compatible.

Q: 7. Does this require me to upload my photos to the cloud or do I work on them on my computer? I have limited bandwidth and was wondering if this will use a lot beyond downloading the software.

A: No, it doesn't. You can upload them if you want to, so they are shared among your devices, but you don't have to. It's like normal computer software, it just needs internet connection once a month to confirm your subscription.

Q: 8. The screws from the handles to the the cage brackets are too small - unsure how this would work without a screw adapter?

A: The PRL Perfect Grip Handles with ARRI-Style Rosettes (Set of 2) (B&H# PRLMCHANDLES) features ARRI-style rosettes, the screws in the center of such rosettes being too small for 1/4"-20 female threads. (That's because 6mm is just a bit smaller than 1/4".) However, they handles may be used with the included rosette mount adapters. Those adapters will fit into many cages, such as the PRL Director's Cage for TVLogic F-5A and VFM-055A (B&H# PRLMC5TVLGC) with its 1/4"-20 threads and anti-twist pin receivers.
