The 72mm Haida NanoPro Magnetic Circular Polarizer 72mmfrom Haida NanoPro Magnetic Circular Polarizer 72mmcomes with an adapter ring that screws onto your lens. With the ring screwed on, you can magnetically attach the polarizer filter and easily swap it out.

The adapter ring has both front and rear 72mm threads and accepts standard threaded as well as Haida magnetic lens caps on the front. It can be kept on your lens at all times. The polarizer filter features glass optics with a top coating that protects against water, oil, dust, fingerprints, and scratches. The filter and adapter together weigh approximately 1 oz.

A: I keep this filter on my Zeiss Batis 25 mm lens 98% of the time. It fits on very nicely and screws off without a filter wrench. The filter also has front threads so that you can stack another circular filter such as a ND over it. Easy.

[0.165 lb] This filter is being used on a Hasselblad HCD24 lens and a Nikkor Z 14-24mm lens to good avail. There is no color cast and I cannot detect any degradation in sharpness. I can't say anything about longevity right now, but the manufacturing quality looks promising. This and a ND1.8-Stops filter are my first products from this company. Time will tell if there will be more. I can recommend this filter. 5

[Glass] I am no filter expert, so I can't speak to any chromatic aberration or color casting in this item, but it does its job as a polarizer well. The ability to cut out reflections is incredibly useful on set. Just make sure the filter is pointed the right direction during use (one side is marked Lens Side). 5

[Glass] I ordered this to see if did more than the Kase polarizer I have. It does. I like it more also because the magnet is strong enough for it not to fall off but also allows you to adjust the pola (turn it) without trouble unlike the Kase filter. So for me I like this buy and would recommend it. It is also worth noting that prior to needing a magnetic filer I only bought B+W filters for the past 15 years so this was going out on a lim but it worked. 5
