[0.3 lb] I've been familiar with Ibanez instruments for decades, and owned one in my college days. After an accident recovery and 20 years of not being able to play bass, I recently decided to take up playing again. I anticipated a low budget instrument, with all the normal flaws associated - but this surprised me. The body is lovely, and although not exceptionally weighty, it's heavy enough to give great tone and sustain. Frets are nicely inlaid, and free from chatter. In fact, aside from a very slight intonation adjustment on the G string, this instrument plays as well as some much more expensive bodies. The active bass boost is a bit of a gimmick, but tone is quite diverse and dynamic. Tone tends toward being very bright, but it easy to attenuate. All together satisfied. 5

[0.3 lb] In my opinion, Karaoke just don't sound good when played in small speaker. They sonically sound fine but no one wants to dance. I'm using a pair of Bose S1+ because I want the stereo but true low base was lacking. Adding this sub s1 fixed that, it was just what I needed. 5

[0.3 lb] I'm a guitarist that needed a cheap bass to lay down some tracks. Since I got this thing I've been obsessed with playing bass! It has a great feel and was quite playable right out of the box. It's capable of a surprisingly wide array of tones, which is nice as I use it for a many different styles of music. The stacked knobs took me a minute to figure out but once I did it makes perfect sense. Easy to get the sound I'm looking for quickly. Overall thrilled with this purchase. If my enthusiasm for bass continues I'm sure I'll invest in a pro level instrument, but for now this is perfect. Kinda shocked how much bass you can get for so little $$$. 5

[Black] I’m really happy with this gig bag for my Ibanez miKro bass. The padding is nice and the quality feels great to me. It has several zippered pockets of different sizes for accessories, and the fit for the bass is exact. I’m happy with the value for the sale price, but wouldn’t be quite as happy paying full price for the gig bag. I originally bought a cheap gig bag that was 1/2 the price, but 1/4 the quality and returned it. I also purchased the guitar version of the case and it’s what convinced me that paying slightly more for the name brand case would be worth it. Highly recommended! 5
