[Zipper] I purchased the CAR-2AUD case to carry gear ancillary to my mobile recording business. This includes spare, compact recorders and I/O interfaces, modems, batteries and miscellaneous data cables. The case is roomy (17"x9"x9"), with semi-rigid walls. It can be stacked with other gear in the car and on a cart. It comes with one lateral partition, but I added two others, unused from other cases, for better separation. There is only limited protection from the elements, so a tarp cover on the cart is useful. It lacks the large front pocket of other CAR bags, which makes it more compact and less likely overstuffed. The quality of materials and construction is very high, as usual, and the zippers are smooth and durable. I've been using Porta-Brace cases for audio and video for over 15 years. 5
