[0.595 lb] I've used a ton of motorized sliders from Edelkrone, Rhino Camera Gear, Konova and others and honestly for the price this is the best one and it's very hard to beat!

I love the modularity of this slider, you can go from small, medium to large in a matter of seconds by adding additional tracks. This doesn't use those horrendous belts like Edelkrone which always wear out and don't provide stable movement.

I love that this slider is one of the very few that allows you to do elevator shots, you'll need to get a counterweight to help the motor but it's worth it and gives you a very cinematic shot that you can't do with others. The app is probably the weakest point, the good thing is they are constantly updating it and fixing all of the bugs, It's not perfect, but it gets the job done quickly, efficiently and it's very portable too!

Overall i'm very happy with it and my only recommendation is to buy the L Plate to give you double the weight, it's worth it and only cost about $50.00. They should have just included it in this bundle. The only major problem I see is if you're using an Android phone as of writing this there is no support. This only works with iPhone, not an issue for me because I use both but if you don't have an iPhone you can't use it.

[0.595 lb] I usually make Timelapse's so this product was a must due to the size, weight, and capabilities. The interface without needing the app is just perfect.

But I have to start with what I dislike. First of all, you need to calibrate it every single time you turn it on, if you turn it off, you're gonna have to take everything off, Re-calibrate, then you have to put the tripod head and camera on it again. Also, I don't know if it's just my product, but whenever I try to calibrate it when on, it gets stuck at around 20%, so I have to force shut it off, then turn back on to allow the startup calibration. Using it vertically feels unsafe, I couldn't get my Mirrorless camera to work safely (But I might me doing it wrong, still need to experiment more with it), but it works well when using with a Phone. If you have a big Quick-Release plate, it's gonna be a pain to put on due to the turn-lock being in the way.

Now with what I love: the ability to be able to use while connected to power is great, and the ability to switch between batteries is also a Plus. It's very smooth, and when mounted on a tripod, the sliding reach is great. The sound it makes while sliding is unnoticeable, but it also depends on the speed.

[0.595 lb] At the beginning of last year I started looking for a slider
for my videography needs and purchased two other brands that were big disappointments
before finding the iFootage Slider. After
receiving the slider I had a problem with updating the firmware to the current version
through the app and iFootage was no help.
B&H on the other hand were Excellent as usual. The Pro Video team actually took another slider
out of stock to see if they could get it to update and it did. I then returned the slider back to B&H and
received my replacement and had no issue updating the firmware. I have only used it on a handful of projects,
but it has worked great so far. I like that
you have the ability to tighten the sliders wheels easily based on the load and
ambient temperature. The on-slider display
work great in all conditions and it is supper easy to setup a shot almost to
easy it makes you want to use it all the time.
I was wanting a slider that did not have to use an app to work and this
one is the ticket. I would definitely
recommend this slider.
