[0.74 lb] Good quality lens and easy to use with a tripod. Not too happy with the digiscope. Not sturdy for my liking. Had to purchase DX 1.25- Smartphone Digiscoping Kit at an additional cost. This fits the Samsung S20. It is well made, easy to use and definitely holds the camera in place. 5

[0.74 lb] The arm is very sturdy. The scope feels quality. Even when you tighten the alignment screws you can still rotate the constellation reticule to match up to the orientation of the stars. 5

[0.74 lb] When I bought this I had only moderate expectations. The reviews here are good but the reviews on that other website "where everybody buys stuff" were not so good. Stories about instability and lack of compatibility abound. So I was pleasantly surprised when I started to use this. It paired immediately with my Samsung galaxy note 20. The app installed without incident via a QR code. As soon as the gimbal paired attached it offered to update its own firmware, which completed without any issues. I have had absolutely no problems with the gimbal crashing, or the app crashing, or the video recorder stopping. It has all being stable as can be. The only complaint is a minor one and it has to do with charging the battery. The lower port is used for charging. Even though it is a USB-C port it is not USB-C PD capable. This means you need to use a charger with a USB-A port, and a USB A to USB-C charge cable. if you try to use a USB-C PD charger, the device will not charge. While this is only a minor issue it should be mentioned in the documentation and it is not. I was able to determine that the device will charge at 10W. The gimbal works extremely well. It is very stable, and the video quality is much better than what I was getting out of the phone previously. It has no problem handling my Samsung note 20 ultra which is a very large and heavy phone. The big upside with this model compared with its obvious competitors (ie, DJI OM4) is that it has 3.5mm ports for an external microphone. The model I bought from B&H included the Saramonic smartmic. My phone does not have a microphone jack so I purchased an analog to USB-C adapter for $13. The result is much better audio than I was able to capture with the smart phone alone. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. 5

[0.74 lb] I was searching for a travel gimbal, and wanted something that was well-made and well-supported. This Benro fit the bill - multiple year warranty, plus wireless phone charging (only one or two others had this), and unique audio connections, plus outstanding battery life. The Benro app is stable and easy to use on my Android and iPhone. Charging and use times are as good as advertised, which was nice to see. Now to make some videos! 5

[0.74 lb] This works great and is totally adjustable. It is however hard to figure out how to securely attach it. Directions were read numerous times. The blue tooth photo button was awesome! Great value for what my expectations were. Works well once you figure out how to attach it. 5

[0.74 lb] Using my mount without a polar finder scope was getting pretty tiring. Hit or miss was the best I could do with miss winning out. Now, I feel like time spent using the right tool is productive time. I can set up for the entire night of star gazing and setting up correctly in less than half the time spent doing it wrong. The polar scope gets me right on, and makes me feel like an astoronomer extraordinaire. Thanks for having this in stock, glmino 5
