[10 x 8.6 x 1.3"] i bought this for a b-day gift for my husband, who researches whaling history. he is able to use it to magnify museum art, old engravings, handwriting in ship log journals, scrimshawed carvings -- and ordinary things around the house like examining tiny tick bites, removing splinters, identifying bugs in the garden and looking at everyday items in a new, enlarged and enhanced way. everyone who sees him use it wants to try it. even the dirt under your fingernails becomes fascinating viewing. and it's so easy to attach to an apple device! very well designed and made.

However, another of my interests is stamp collecting which often requires evaluation of tiny differences between variants or different issues or even counterfeits which may have great differences in valuation. The Proscope Micro Mobile is perfect for my needs and I am so happy to have found it! Also, B&H Photo & Video's service was top notch. Thanks again.

We tried several and had major issues with all of them. Finally, out of desperation, I gave this product a try and I'm wildly impressed with the results.Pros:AUTO-FOCUS! Oh my gosh, I totally undervalued this feature until I saw my son running around the house touching this scope to anything and everything as it instantly focused (using the phone's auto-focus feature). He snapped most of the photos that I have included with this review.Fantastic color and clarity. I tried a USB microscope that claimed 100X optical zoom but it was awful and always blurry. [0.2 lb] I use this product in educational work with children and adults, teaching them about soil as an ecosystem, composting, vermicomposting. This product is great - variable focus, easy to put on microscope, really easy for people to move around and look at all the critters in the soil. I really haven't found any cons about this lens. Really worth the investment!

[iPad 3/4] This sleeve is quite thick overall; it’s ideal for carrying my iPad by itself, but not within my brief bag because it takes up quite a bit of space.
