The 2" to 1.25" In-Travel Adapter from Tele Vue fits a 2" focuser and is engineered to bring the 1.25" Tele Vue Delos 17.3 and 14mm eyepieces parfocal with all other 1.25" Tele Vue eyepieces that are using the standard Paracorr 2" to 1.25" adapter. When all of the eyepieces are in parfocal, there is no need to re-focus images after changing eyepieces of different focal lengths. It is made of anodized aluminum with a gloss-black finish that matches the finish on the Delos eyepieces.

The adapter will also work with any other 1.25" eyepiece and 2" focuser. Its unique design sets the eyepiece below the top of the focuser, allowing for more in-travel and a greater focusing range than regular reducing adapters. Non-Tele Vue eyepieces will not be parfocal if used with this adapter.

A: Yes they are par focal with many other Televue eyepieces. Go to the televue site and look at the chart of eyepiece specifications. Scan the column 4G . Eyepieces with the same letter in that column are parfocal. So most of the Delos ep's have the letter B . You will see that some other types of TV eyepieces also have the letter B . All those are par focal.

A: As one can see reading the reviews on the Tele Vue Nagler Planetary 3-6mm Zoom Eyepiece (1.25"), there does not appear to be an astigmatism issue. Users with glasses say the eye relief works for them.

A: I bought the lens about a month but have no chance to view through it yet. However I did try fitting it to my Celestron 8SE telescope which has a 1.25 diagonal and I did not have any problem.

[0.255 lb] Hey, it's a Tele Vue. Well made, Great quality. Leaps and bounds better than the pieces that come with most scopes. Important to remember that your eyepiece is just as important as your primary optics. 5

[0.255 lb] The glass is top quality water clear producing bright views with high contrast and a very flat field. I use it with my TV 85 producing 19x with a 2.65 degree Actual FOV. (5 full moons) The TV 32mm Plossl is noticeably superior to Chinese made Plossels. It's not even close. Highly recommend, worth every penny. Buy with confidence. [2.4 oz (68 g)] I bought this to upgrade the 25 mm Plössl from Celestron that came with my telescope. The FOV is a little bigger. But the most noticeable difference is the optics. Saturn is tiny at such a low magnification, but it's tack sharp. Well worth it. 5

[0.255 lb] This is a very good eyepiece but only slightly better than the 32mm Meade 4000 Plossl. It has slightly better contrast and slightly better performance near the edges of the field than the Meade 4000. 5

[0.255 lb] As someone who's been involved in amatuer astronomy for a long time, eyepieces had always been an area I skimped on so I decided to start down the road of quality. Tele Vue eyepieces are pricey, but they're well worth the money. This 32mm Plossl (and a new dielectric diagonal) probably almost doubled the view quality in an Orion ST80. The stars are pinpoints with much better contrast versus the included eyepieces. I also tried it out in a Celestron C6 and likewise, improved the views quite a bit. If you're looking for a great jump into the Tele Vue line, these are a great starting point. 5

[2.4 oz (68 g)] I just used this eyepiece last night at a dark sky site in the Sandhills. This Plossl is a good intermediate magnification with my long focal length Mewlon 180c reflector. It's also useful with my Takahashi FC-100 refractor. Televue's 20mm was used often last night. I really think these Televue Plossls are a good fit for even the best telescopes. You can see the difference. 5

[0.255 lb] Even with a short tune achromat scope and the powermate 2.5, the views are tack sharp and as good as could be. The 15mm shines in the plossl series. I'm not saying the other pieces are not good; they are all superb eye pieces, but there is something about this one that stands above the rest. 5

[0.255 lb] I Purchased the TV 32mm Plossel to be used with my TV-102 refractor along with a Solarscope 60mm Hydrogen Alpha filter system. This combination provides a stunning full view of the sun with amazing contrast. It's an incredible combination of hardware with no downfalls. 5
