They work quite well; no halos or any undesirable behavior which I could notice as of now. They did require an increase in exposure time, but that's expected.

Finally got to use this for the first time last weekend on Jupiter. Provided nice, sharp images to combine with my Baader RGB filters

Very nice. Could use one more thread though. Seems a little short on threading when trying to attach and remove while making lens changes in the dark. Makes me a little nervous sometimes that I will drop it during removal from the lens. Good quality though and I like having it around.

Baader makes some great lenses and filters, I have yet to be disappointed and this one is no different.

One of the best items I've purchased for my 140mm telescope.
The reduction in sky glow and the contrast improvement add to those Oh, Wow! moments of star gazing.

This dovetail clamp is well made and has a quality finish. I am building my own custom telescope mount and this clamp should be a secure fixture for my application. The clamp accommodates Vixen-style dovetail bars and should support small to medium size telescopes without a problem. However, I would NOT put a large, heavy telescope on this clamp.

I live in heavily light polluted skies, yet I can go out in the backyard and look up at the billowing clouds of the milky way. I can actually see meteorite showers when they are happening. This is all possible by using this filter in conjunction with a Gen3 night vision device. This filter blocks out all light below 685nm which is basically all the man made light pollution leaving mostly celestial light for your enjoyment. This does cut out hydrogen alpha light, so you will not be seeing nebulae with this, but a separate band pass filter is used for that purpose.
