[Obsidian Gray] The best bag pack in the world I would buy another one for my husband. Excellent design, I love it

[Obsidian Gray] Used this backpack for about a month in Europe. Liked being able to keep the big back at the hotel and use the little one throughout the day.

[Yes] This bag perfect for any and all adventures. It provides just the right amount of space for extra layers, food, and all the necessities. The included rain cover is great, but the retract hydration system is my favorite. No more fussing with keeping the hose in place! This has become my go to bag for everything from commuting to the backcountry.

[Zipper] Great daily backpack for short hikes! It is so stylish and comfortable, I don't feel any back strain. It has well-designed pockets. There is a small access pocket on shoulder strap, although phone doesn't fit there. Holders for your hiking poles. And this backpack is truly water-resistant.

[Yes] The best backpack I've ever got !!!! And I have to say, Thule makes the most reliable products in the world. Keep it up guys, I'm 100% + satisfied !!!

[Zipper] Excellent back pack for carry-on travel. More than sufficient space for photo equipment AND 15 laptop!!!

[Yes] Great looks, lots of storage. Would have preferred snap to hooks on front straps for better security but hooks work ok. Included rain cover is nice. Side access and top access available but top compartment not very large if you use pockets inside (tight squeeze for my Z50 with small kit lens with charger in pockets). Almost perfect bag.

[Zipper] Love how much variety this pack offers! From the trail to the airport, this pack really does it all. I took this pack on a trip to California where I had to pack light, but needed to bring my work laptop and knew I'd be doing some hiking. It was the perfect pack for the job! It was great for travel and fit everything I needed for a plane ride and easily transitioned to a hike once I got to my destination. It really has the perfect amount of pockets - I love the front "shove it" pocket and the interior mesh pocket to keep thing organized. It also has a small pocket on the inside for its rain cover (which is included!) which came in handy while I was on my trip!

My favorite feature of the pack is the included water bladder with magnetic connection points that keeps the hydration hose secured to the backpack strap. I've never had a pack/bladder with this and I'm obsessed.

This pack has very intentional and thoughtful features and I'm stoked to have it in my gear arsenal. On top of the features, I love how stylish and clean the design on the pack is. This is now a go-to pack for me and I know I'm going to get a ton of use out of it. Cannot recommend this pack enough!

[Yes] I took this with me backpacking through Switzerland and Greece! It was absolutely perfect. I love how the zipper opens the middle compartment similar to a suitcase. This feature makes it so much easier to get your belongings out. It prevents digging through everything to find what you are looking for. I picked the 40L since we were only backpacking a week at a time. The size was perfect for me. I am 5'3 and even filled to the max this backpack was not too heavy or big for me. I was able to use this as a carry on with no issue on 4 flights (each a different airline). Oh and the green is awesome! I highly recommend this product!!

[Obsidian Gray] I just got back from 9 days in Thailand and needed a bag that would hold everything PLUS be carry on approved. This bag held everything down tight and I had my laptop inside the computer compartment. Loved all the extras you don't notice until you get the bag. Security features are awesome and I wonder who thought of them because they rock. This bag is has super clean lines when everything is cinched down and made it super easy putting in overhead plane bins, bus bins, on ferry's and carrying on my back when riding a moped. The ability to hide the waist straps is really good. When traveling I saw so many other travelers with waist straps that just hang free. Why is this an issue? When stopping at bathrooms, for example, they put their bags on the floor and the straps are resting on really gross bathroom floors; in Thailand some of the toilets are just holes in the floor and a bucket of water to "flush." My bag straps where neatly tucked away. The top hard case is such an amazing feature and the hidden water bottle compartment. My girlfriend had a similar Northface bag and she keeps bugging me to buy her one of these. Only thing I would change is something I read in another persons review; I'd change the orientation of the top hard safety compartment's zipper. When the bag is laying flat, say on a bed, and the straps for the bag are on the bottom side, if one opens the hard case anything loose will fall out. It's not a big issue at all though. I also bought travel cubes and that made a huge difference. Twice I was stopped by TSA and they searched my bag; travel cubes made it SO easy to put everything back and get on my way!

Long story short, do not hesitate to purchase this bag! I never leave reviews but felt this bag deserved it.
